I purchased carpet worth >2gran. I was told to wait 2 weeks for the delivery. But 2 weeks became 3 weeks. When the carpet arrived in the store, they told me that it will be delivered home in 3-4 days after they cut it into the sizes that I need as promised. I was not happy because I was promised that it will be delivered as soon as they have it. Again, they promised me to be delivered on that day as I demanded (out of my frustrations). Home depot gave me the time of delivery which was 7pm..I waited nothing but a phone call saying it will be delivered at a later time. I waited until 9:30 pm but nothing came. So I called the store and again they said it will be delivered the following day. And I m still waiting... It is so frustrating. What a waste of time waiting for the broken promises. And one more thing, they said one bedroom carpets size was not enough so theyre giving me less than the actual size of what I ordered and paid. And was not even refunded of the size that was taken out or they never discussed about it. I spoke with the Manager and seems like she does not have any solution to this. This is for Home Depot Eastvale, CA.

I called in Feb 2015 about vacuum belts to see if in stock. They answered the phone then kept putting me on hold. They were not rude, just not helpful. M---- answered the phone, said she would transfer me to find out about vacuum cleaner belt replacement. I was transferred, someone answered after a while but put me on hold again. Next, I waited and waited, someone would pick up line without saying anything then put me on hold again. I hanged up, called again, The lady anticipated me and said, "I still havent found anyone to help you." I asked if I could give her part number to see if in stock. She said no that she was with other customer, although I had been waiting for quite some time. Finally I was assisted, only to be told item not in stock, I can order on line.

Out of the many Home Depots in the Riverside, Corona, Norco, and Ontario areas this one location is probably in the top 5. 3 stars given due to associate knowledgeability and also because lines are never usually long. Its an in and out kind of place however sometimes you find it difficult to track down an associate or in certain departments one is never to be found. But if you do find one then usually most seem to have a little knowledge of various projects you might be crafting. And, if you need help finding a certain item they can all direct you accordingly. Otherwise, location is fantastic.

The most blatant change Ive seen over the years at Home Depot, is... a very clear and blatant reality that store associates are less and less trained, and less and less willing to help patrons. Many times, they walk right past you without saying anything, and the customer clearly needing help. It would be nice to be acknowledged, and yes I understand that the company is reducing employees, meaning the ones that do work are under pressure to do more. Still, it would be nice to be noticed and feel like I matter as a customer of the company.

Always very friendly when I come in the store, they "always" greet with a friendly smile!!! Returns, are never an issue. Very helpful when I ask question!!! Customers that complain about wanting to feel acknowledge, may have a insecurity issue. Walk with confidence... My kids walk in there and they usually greet them with a hello and friendly smile. It might be that my kids are pretty happy kids and are confident. Do these customers need Home depots approval of acknowledgement(come on really people)?

Had to wait 15 minutes for a price check for 1 piece of wood then 20 minutes for someone to finally cut my wood. Line took forever.only 1 self check out running.worker never helped me and my register wouldnt allow me to move forward with my purchase without them putting in their code. Ended up WALKING OUT with NoTHING and still no one noticed I left my huge cart with my cut wood and a regular cart full of things I needed. Ridiculous .get it together Homedepot. !!!

Id like to know if there are something that I can buy. However, I called again and again, no body answering my calls. Moreover, all my 5 calls were dropped by someone who worked there. No voice and no breath but just wasted my minutes! If you were there, why my calls were connected then you disconnected your customer calls? Please do your job!

Disappointed again. Everytime I come here and I cant find something Im looking for I ho get an employee. The problem with that is that it doesnt matter what time of day it is the employees are never to be found. I went to Lowes across the freeway and not only did I find the stuff I was looking for but their pro service is way much better

Bought paint from Jon Summers. He was extremely friendly and worked very hard to match my color. I am extremely happy with his excellent service and the paint matched perfectly. He gave me some very useful prep and spraying ideas and suggested I rent a sprayer from them. The project tired out great. THANKS

Everywhere else that I need help in service is fast first time I come to the wood and flooring and its really bad yes the lady was busy so I wait for almost and hour wait is ridiculous only one person on staff I think for better customer service there should be more staff. Disappointed and I like homedepot.

THIS DEPOT IS MY FAVORITE ONE IN THE AREA. whenever I am in the area I will stop by to make my purchases. The management team is never to busy to help and most of the employees will walk you to the respected isles and product you are looking for. More than you can ask for most other large box stores.

Customer service is not available if you need technical questions about electrical if the ONE PERSON in the whole store is out to lunch. I waited 35 minutes and left...told the cashier on way out my cart of items were gon backs and she replied "Thank you have a good night" smh
