I really love this corporate store over the one in Long Beach. I have been having a unique problem with my phone and Diana has been available every time to help me, even after the tech has gone home. There are some limitations to the store though that could be repaired. First, the thuggish guard dog that is at the door really tries to filter you away if it is after 7pm. I guess military protection is needed in this neighborhood. Which leads into the second problem. The programming and repair tech goes home at 7 but the store is open until 8. The store needs to hire and rotate service techs into store hours. That is why Diana has been so great. Remembers your month after month, has you come to the counter so there is no waiting (once a relationship has been established)

They are too busy! They seem to have rule "Oh well, buy a new one!" Metro, and their stores, need better policies! Wait is typically 30 minutes to 5 hours depending on how many people are in the store. 30 minutes if there are approximately 5 people in the store. Their insurance policy isnt useful, regardless you have to pay for a new phone; its never fully covered. The service its horrible, but I isnt the best. Honestly you should avoid this store, and just ship your phone in, and pay the $30 to get a new one.

This place is bad! You go in and they dont have the phones they advertised they wont sell you a new to phone to upgrade. Whats more sad about this that its a corporate store you would expect good service and all but all the opposite. It was so annoying.

Love this place. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. They tend to get real busy, but its the only corp store in the area. Worth the wait tho. Best time to go is 12p-4p.
