So I have always been one of those people who wanted to lose weight but just couldnt get past a certain plateau. I have asked so-called "experts" in the past who always seemed to recommend whatever product they were told to push. When I moved out to LA I decided to really focus down and get into shape. I started a cleanse called the Whole30, which is a very restrictive paleo cleanse. One of the problems with these types of diets/ cleanses is they never recommend supplements, but I still wanted to incorporate something to help me. When I explained all of this to Dan he really seemed to listen to what I was saying. Not only that, he helped me find products that not only helped to achieve my personal goals but also fell in line with my dietary restrictions. With the diet, exercise and advice/ products Dan recommended, I went from my normal plateau to dropping 6 pounds in 2 weeks, and reducing my body fat percentage by 4%. Not only did Dan help me, but when I went back a month later to refill, he remembered me and acknowledged and congratulated my progress. He seems to be someone who cares and in a time where anything can be ordered online, it is Dan that will bring me back month after month to support his store the way he supported me. Great customer service and an exceptional job at not making me feel like just a customer. 5 stars, customer for life!

The guys in here are super cool, they will help you get into shape if you let them help you. They will offer products based on their experience, they do work out and arent just trying to sell you stuff. Ive been a frequent customer and will continue to do business with these guys, you would have to work out to understand why they are the way they are but trust me, some really good people here. Invest in yourself and give this store a shot if you want to bulk up or lose some fat,they changed my life! TY guys. I wish I can put a before/after picture with this comment. But Ive been going there for the past 5 years! These guys know what theyre talking about. Follow their instructions, workout 3-4 times a week and you will see a difference with there products Guaranteed!! I wasnt able to reach my physical goal until I started shopping for my supplements here. A+++ products, great prices/discounts & customer service. #GNCShouldTakeNotes

If you like BAD attitudes, arrogant behavior & down right RUDE customer service, then you will feel right at home in this store. But, if you want customer service without an attitude or dirty looks and snide remarks, then you should definitely go elsewhere for your products. There are plenty of other NutriShops in the area.

I have only had good experiences here and at the Cahuenga shop by Barham. Stop and take the time to ask their opinions and recommendations. Theyre knowledgeable and enthusiastic. If some people had a bad experience I dont know what happened.
