Rude cashier. I have never posted a review in my life after watching how rude a chashier named Matt was to the lady in front of me I am shocked and wanted to express my opinion about Sprouts rude employees. Me and my daughter were in line at the Sprouts in San Pedro. At first there was only two cashiers and about 12 people waiting one couple had so much stuff being checked out. A frustrated lady asked a female employee if they were opening up another check out lane that employee did not respond however our chashier Matt rudely said NO! Turned out indeed she was opening and took a bunch of other people quickly the carts back up and there were about 13-15 customers out of nowhere. The lady was resting a her and basket on the belt waiting for a space to open. Clearly she knew she had to take her stuff out. The clearly immature Matt wanted to engage the customer into an argument and he maked a derogatory comment basically telling her to hurry up like she was stupid she was two people away from checking out and her basket looked heavy so she was resting it. Then he has the nerve to complain to me a customer about impatient people. He should save his whining for the break room. I waited in line for about 7 minutes that only after I started timing. Unbelievable how rude he was as customers with people waiting and lindes building up we have every right to ask for another check especially when there were 8 employees standing up there total. I hope management reviews their video to rate their employees.Saturday afternoon lunch hour competent grocery store workers should be keeping an eye on lines buiding up and anticipate store volume. What happened to being customer service and just common decency treating people with respect. The cash register named Matt was actually trying to engage the lady into an argument and she was clearly NOT on his primal spoilt level and she was NOT looking for a fight as she was clearly in the right.

I went in to get a panini press, the woman there isnt helpful ever. Most of the time she has an attitude. She claims she cant make you a special order panini press. She looks new... shes a tall heavy set woman seems to look like she may be Samoan. Anywho, she must of only pressed it for a second because that thing was cold! When I went back to speak to someone about it, I approached a manager on the check stand. The manager just told me to go back there and that she would help me. (She was referring to the woman whom had made my panini press to begin with) I went back there, and she freakin just popped it in the microwave. I paid for a panini press not a hot pocket! I was upset and very annoyed with the manager lack of help... and this womans horrible attitude and laziness... I didnt bother with anyone else I just left... this all happen on San Pedro on Western... 6/16/17 around 1pm

Worked there as a Lead Meat cutter but they labelled an illegal arrest on me which was thrown out abd i was released wrong guy they didnt hire me back cause they stamped it a walk away.i did t walkaway i was arrested and they dont take u to workto check in or explain or do u get a phone call either n there was a phone call made to management explaining n they still put walk away n it makes nosense how thats a walk away.. All the legal and justice system has done has deny me the chances to have a career or normal employed life by the unlawful arrests n the influence upon employers. Now im labelled a walk away..n then i was given a pergury charge by the DMV for using my own legal name which til this day after a 4 yr yerm they still use that name in the system....

Cashiers were extremely rude! I was in line to check out had 2 customers in front of me. Cashier waits til Im right in front of her with my items all ready to check out. She looks at me smirks and calls for another cashier to help me, making me pick up and move my items to another line while she and another female cashier laugh and giggle. She says "sorry" with a smile then helps the person behind me. I just moved to the area and dont know anyone to think this was anything other than horrible employees.

When Im in the mood for eating healthy I will shop sprouts. Produce selection is always fresh. I appreciate the butcher/ fish counter. Always helpful. The checkers are always courteous and pleasant.

Fantastic fresh meat and produce, some of thr non-sale items are expensive, but it reaches a bit for a Whole Foods clientele, while not getting nuts. Friendly staff.
