I have been wanting to write this review for months and here I am taking time out of my day to write the worst review I will ever write on Yelp. Zoe.. QUIT YOUR JOB. The minute I step into this supermarket I get the worst vibes. The only person who is nice is the manager. As for everyone else they make you want to run out of there fast, such terrible attitude. Its too bad the manager is friends with all the catty cashiers. I live at 5200 Wilshire La Brea and unfortunately for everyone that lives here, Lassens is the only place we can buy food that is somewhat close to us. Ive never once have been treated with respect here. "Hi, How are you?" "How is your day going" "Have a nice day" ... NOTHING. THEY SAY NOTHING. Half the time I dont even know if they are going to cash me out or not and I have to ask because I am SO confused. They dont say anything or look at you.... There was this one particular moment that made me want to write this. When I went in around 10 pm at night (dont go in late this is when they are at their worst) and I went over to the hair supplies asking for dry hair shampoo. First girl working in this isle told me this "Giovanni" brand was good. So I buy it. I cash out with the second girl in glasses and dreads and shes rude per usual. THEN I come back to return my item because instantly the spray nozzle was broken. To the second girl I say "Hey this is broken can I switch it out?" and she looked at me like I was stupid? she says I can return it... So right there, I go up to the girl that sold me the product because she was standing at the cashier with the third rude girl. I say again, "Hey this is broken can I switch it out?" She says, "Theres no more." In my head I knew I saw more.... Sure enough there was four right there.... I go up to them at the cashier because Im next in line and they looked at me and took the broken one and say "thats literally all you had to do." WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT!? FROM MY KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE TO SCAN EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF INVENTORY!!! May I add, I am very pleasant. I always had been. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here. I come here everyday. After this review, I will probably go buy something downstairs because its the only convenient store near me. Lassens, you really need to reconsider hiring a whole new front of the store team. For anyone who doesnt live at Wilshire La Brea, do not come here. I promise you there are better "natural food markets" with better service.

So clean beautiful and amazingly fresh produce veggies and fruits!! i wanted to eat everything from the salad bar also the Beet salad was the best I ever had oh and the honey crisp apple was so juicy and Delish!!! That was my dessert! They have a Huge selection of organic fruit and veggies plus tons of mushrooms and huge radishes I have never seen before! Also a nice variety of the sprouts I adore for my salads and sandwiches! Im shocked at how low or compareable to ralphs and traders joes the prices were! i bought organic apples potatoes and naval oranges all great prices. I need like 4 more hours in there to check out all the goods and i liked that they had pre paged hot meals like salmon and wild rice and veggies! Definitely my new fav local grocery store!!!!!! Also the VEGAN options are off the charts - Every person working there was so happy friendly and very accomidating an HELPFul !! All the food in there is very health conscious and from great suppliers local farms and I feel good about buying my food for my family there:) Huge vitimin beauty and supplement section to where I can get my probiotics, sun chrorella B complex and more.

I love good health food stores. I didnt go shopping for other than dinner. However, I browsed Lassens Natural Food and Vitamins. They have everything I would want and need in a grocery store .They had sale items, which are always a great thing. They carried bakery goods, hot foods and refrigerator prepared (cold) foods, produce, vitamins, spices, pantry products and more.Okay, I ate vegetarian for dinner and it was fantastic. They had glutenfree, paleo, vegetarian and vegan options. Their dessert selection was like way huge. So I couldnt really leave without getting dessert.Friendly service. Healthy and tasty food.

조금은 비싼듯한 오가닉 식료품점! 영양제 종류가 다양하고, 오가닉 샴푸, 건강 과자 등 모든 제품이 마음에 들어요. 미국인 추천으로 중국 감기약(?)을 사러 갔는데 의도치않게 이 것 저 것 구매하게 됐네요. 그리고 영양제 때문인지 실내가 조금 추웠어요. 계피치약은 써보고 추가 후기 남길게요.

Lassens is one of those stores thats been around for a long time. You would never know it. They have expanded slowly; theyre now becoming known. The prices are a mix of standard prices you can expect at most organic stores mixed with deals. Their vitamin selection is pretty comprehensive. The staff is great. Friendly and helpful unlike whole foods at times. Their juice is bar is the real gem as its all organic. Unlike Erewhon (a complete rip off) theyre prices are excellent. I recommend the Delicious. Its amazing. Parking is free for 90 mins.

My favorite grocery store! They have the best hot bar/salad bar and pre-made sandwiches and salads. My favorites include the spaghetti squash with marinara and their cheesy kale salad. They also great kelp noodle dishes at their raw bar. Ive been on a recent sourdough kick and Lassens brand sourdough bread is the best (the veggie one especially)! Ive also found their prices to be lower than many of the same exact items at whole foods and they have free garage parking!

I LOVE this store. They have absolutely everything you need and information on anything youd want. And their prices are so reasonable...Considerably cheaper than a certain earthbar down the street. Im obsessed with Quest Bars and they have a huge selection and also a great sale section when I want to try new products at big markdowns. Im a loyal fan.

They have great food but the people who check you out are so rude!! I shop there quite often but you have to watch when they ring you up. Sometimes you dont get the correct price . If you dare to question them they get hostile or look at you like you are lying. They need to get better people in there! This has happened more than once with me.

Love New store! Deli is always great. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Always ready to help. The produce is amazing and well stocked. Great selection of fruits and veggies and looks beautiful! Loving this location!

I like this store. It is on the smaller side but they have a great supplement section. I typically go in with 40$ cash and can get a week and a half, or so, of food for the week. Friendly and helpful staff.

Small health food store with prepared food bar and salad bar. They also have a deli where I often order their salmon cakes, a favorite. Prices and selection are competitive and all their produce is organic.

I love Lassens! They have a great selection of Paleo products. I also love their selection at the Salad bar and Grab n Go. Very reasonably priced. You can always trust to find great product here!

Its good if you want a lot of vitamins and ok tasting prepared food, its not good if you want fresh produce or most things youd get from a grocery store. I will say, the fresh drinks top notch.
