Went there today. Lookin for a piece or a little bong. Shows me 50$ bongs, tells me ill do 35 for YOU. Passes me it, i drop & break the downstem. STILL does 35 for me, and even tho i still feel bad & offered to pay for it...walked out spending 35$ on a very nice 50$ bong. Best smoke shop ive been to in the OC, EVER! Very very great customer service & selection of pieces. I recommend Up In Smoke, Lake Forest all day everyday. Check it out if you havent. Wont regret it.

The owner is extremely helpful , the staff are to relaxed. Its hard to distinguish between whose working and who is just "kicking it". On the 23rd of February I sat in my car waiting for them to open 30 min after 10am.
