I called the business and I just wanted to know if they had a specific flavor of paper wraps. The guy told me to come in to the store and see for myself. I live a good 20 minutes away and told him I just wanted to know if he had the specific kind I was asking about or else my drive up there would be pointless if he didnt. He told me and I quote "then dont come up here I dont care". It was uncalled for and very unprofessional.

If I could give a -1start I would, worse customer services ever. Everything is out on display with no sings not to touch. Yet the min you start browsing the cashier starts yelling to put things down. And hurry up buy AND get out. Until he noticed the $100 bill in my hand then all of a sudden he was all nice. YEA NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY HAVE ME AS A COSTUMER!

Theyre the only smoke shop that sells the right cartridges for my vape cigg, they are always friendly no matter Whos working the counter and they give deals sometimes which I dont hate :) I wish all smoke shops were like this one. Fast friendly and helpful.

As far as tobacco shops go this one is pretty decent. It has a wide selection of wood tobacco pipes, hookahs, hookah tobacco & accessories, cigs, rolling tobacco, cigars and tobacco tools like rollers filters etc. All in all Im satisfied with service here.

Very friendly staff (all one family it seems) that were even willing to open boxes and walk me through how some products worked. Great selection, convenient hours and they even threw in a free lighter!

Sold ecigs that were expired and didnt work. Had to go once to return one and didnt bother going back to return it again. Waste of money. If I need an ecig Ill just got to the gas Station next time.
