I had a fantastic experience with Coastal Repair. My Amana Refrigerator was having repeated problems with freezing up and stuck without defrost. I had tried another Repair Service and it was not fixing the problem even though I told them I knew the defective part. Coastal LISTENED to me...came and diagnosed and their qualified Tech realized exactly what it was within 10 minutes...exactly the cause I suspected...They were verified for the repair and came as soon as schedule allowed, since I am out of usual service area...Repaired the fridge, while protecting the floors, which no one else did, cleaned up all the water, which also was left to me in the past> They did EXCELLENT SERVICE with respect and consideration for the customer...I would recommend them to everyone. ...and NO, this is not a paid for review...I am very happy with them

Everytime they come out theres always something new wrong with my machine!!! Also the person at the front desk was extremely rude. She told me they would be coming to my house in the afternoon then they call me at 7:30 in the morning saying Ill be at your house in an hour!? What kind of notice is that?? Then she wants to argue with me saying they had told me it was in the morning .... People have lives and cant wait around for some sub standard tech to come out just so they can tell me something else is wrong!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!!

Delivery guy, Phil, was rude, and could not correctly install the hoses on a new Sears washer. Despite four visits, the washer repair men seem unable to diagnose, and fix additional issues with the new washer. The latest repair guy lied to me, saying, the washer "Is fixed now," when it clearly does not work. I would never hire these men. Sears is wasting its money, and my time with Coastal Appliance Repair.

This guy is terrible. Wouldnt even come look at our freezer. Recommended waiting till one went on sale and buy a new one. Ours is only 2 years old!
