The store is sometimes a mess but the customer service more than makes up for it. The employees are always kind and extremely helpful and have helped me find items at other stores when they dont have it in stock. I have not yet been disappointed.

Love Big Lots! But today it was a 4 out of 5. And usually they have EXCELLENT customer service,but today, the cashier was unprofessional. I will return but will walk out if the same person is working and return another day.

Customer service was non existent and I couldnt believe the cheapest iphone charger was $15. AmPm was $4 cheaper.
