Waited in a very long line for about 15 minutes. When I finally got to the front, one of the cashiers let a customer walk up ahead of me and another guy. The other cashier was doing a lengthy transaction so the first cashier finished. As I started to walk to her register, she turned off her light and walked away. She then proceeded to stop and talk to the first cashier. Although I had about $100 worth of merchandise in my cart, I walked out and left the basket there. I will never go to the Upland Big Lots again, and I purchased all of my patio furniture there & BBQ last year. Rancho store, here I come!

Some items that are sold here can be found cheaper elsewhere (Walmart for instance). Also, (for those who enjoyed the freedom of using the restroom) the management installed keypads on the bathroom doors. The only way inside is to ask an employee who will input the code themselves.

Amazing Summer sale and the staff were over the top helpful. Certainly not the Big Lots l use to a void. So glad we stopped in today, bought lots of great stuff instead of the one item I was looking for.

Staff friendly, stores a bit rough inside not to clean...definitely an old store attracts odd looking customers...

Hate this place, but wife likes to come here for bargains on stuff we dont need.
