Terrible service. Staff wanted to charge $1 for just taping up a small box and tried to give me a long winding story how its a franchise and store owner has to recoup costs etc... Think I care? I left and went to another ups location on Rose Dr by Ralphs instead. They had much more courteous staff and taping up was foc. UPS should take away the franchise from this operator.

these guys are great! professional & courteous every time i walk in to do business. i recommend this store to everyone. faxing is cheap, and copies per-page are comparatively less than all the other stores in the area. every time i want to get something packaged and shipped out, these guys do it carefully and quickly. i give them a grade A :)

1 person in the store and she tells me its a 30 minute wait for notary, its literally a stamp and a signature... Whatever Update I go back on my lunch to be told the notary left at 1pm! Ridiculous
