My company has been using Overnight Prints for 8 years. They used to be a reliable service. We ordered all of our business cards through them. Re-ordering was an easy and quick process.The past few years we have had many problems with them. The biggest problem was that there would be an "error" with an order, but they would never alert us to the error. The order would just sit on hold until we logged in to see what the delay was. The most recent order I placed was a simple re-order. Apparently, their system added a red dotted line through the middle of the business cards. They flagged this as an "error" but never contacted me about it. The order sat on hold for months, as we are very busy and my boss just assumed her cards had arrived when we ordered them. When I finally looked into it, Overnight Prints blamed me for adding the red dotted line, which I did not. I clicked their "reorder" button like I had done multiple times in the past and the cards looked fine. I finally got them to remove the red line and place the order into production with rushed shipping. Two weeks later the order still had not arrived. When I called again, Overnight Prints said that when orders are on hold for a long period of time, when they are pushed through and taken off hold, production doesnt always receive them and they have to be manually be pushed through. Incredibly frustrated, I waited another week for our cards to arrive after they were "manually" pushed through. We received them today and they were blank. None of our information was printed. They just shipped us blank cards with only their template printed. We will never be using Overnight Prints again.

If I can, I will give ZERO star for it!!! I placed an order on August 31 and paid over $30 for the shipment to ensure the business card can be delivered on Sept 13. But until today, I still didnt receive my package. Even worse, their phone system is down! I cant find anybody even to check the status! I also tried their online chat tool, but still after "Just a moment", there is no response for 20 minutes and then the session is closed because time is out!!!! Yesterday, finally a rep replied on chat, and I was told that something went wrong and my order is still in production, they will email me with an estimated time after an hour. And half day past, I received a call from a machine telling me that "we are sorry that something went wrong of your order and we are working on it! Sorry for the delay." And that is it, that is it!!!! Sincerely?! When can my package be delivered? I need the business cards for an important gathering, and now the gathering is over!!!! You ruined everything! Today when I tried again to call them and chat, still, phone system is down and nobody responses my message. I dont know how they run their business with such bad customer experience management. I am very very disappointed! I really want to cancel my order, but dont even know how! Frustrated! Mad!

Worse prints I have ever received from this company. The file I gave them to print was a vector illustrator file, but the prints came back all dark, totally different colors. Also the alignment of design changed every 5 prints. The worse thing is they will not give you the money back. They ask you to take 20-30 pictures so they can believe you. But they dont accept those pictures and ask you to take a better picture. You say what if I send them all back to you? They say on your own expense. They always find a way to reject your request. Even when you do that they will reject and ask for high quality pictures from high quality cameras. So now you have to buy a very expensive camera to take pictures for them to see. The quality of their papers are bad too! They want to keep your money without refund, not realizing nobody would ever work with them again! I know I dont. Period!

Worst company EVER!!! Do not buy from them!!! Had a minor issue with the printing of my business cards, called to see what could be done about it and had to jump through so many hoops! On the phone for an hour and a half plus the time it took me to take pictures and send them. I emailed them pictures but since I refused to send a picture of every card (500) there was nothing they could do. Asked to be transferred to the supervisor and she was even worse!! The final conclusion was "oh wait, we CAN fix this issue but you still have to pay" WHAT?!? No thanks!!! 500 business cards and a box of magnet business cards in the trash!!

HORRIBLE THE BUY IT AND GET IT OVER NIGHT IS S*&T lies... i ordered thursday evening.. needed them monday! i went to the pick up location Monday NOTHING.. missed my flight had nothing.. good old staples printed out backup in 2 hours... never use them again! and then their chat online service sucks and takes 20 mins for anyone to answer your call... horrible

I ordered my business cards on 5/16, it is now 5/26, and they still havent been printed yet. No explanation why it is taking them so long. They said that the ETA is June 6th (maybe!) So, if you dont order overnight printing, this is by no means a fast way to get business cards printed!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, Ive used ONP for years and theyve always been great service and friendly. I had to wait on hold while calling them one time, but big deal. I would recommend them and will continue to keep shopping with them.
