I walked in and was warmly greeted. There were no lines or crowds on a Thursday morning. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat. He happily worked with me as I had multiple requests on the Christmas letters he was printing for me on special paper. He took time to make sure my requests were met. He went above and beyond, and I appreciated his fantastic customer service! My Christmas letters turned out exactly as I hoped! Thank you :)

Poor customer care...these guys were suppose to have paper in for a job and ran out. The manager then preceded to other "local stores" for the paper. He came back from one and started trash talking them. I went up University to one of the local businesses and got my job done. It was a mom and pop shop but it was nice. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE COPY CENTRAL
