Jus dropped off my Mtn bike for repairs and service. I must say I had a great experience here the owner greeted me and asked what I needed as well as showed me exactly what he saw wrong with the bike. You can tell its family owned by the personal experience. Needless to say Im a fan and will now continue to bring all of my bikes here for now on. My bike came out perfect all cables are new and tight smooth shifting now and they even wipped it down and cleaned it up great job you guys.

They are the bike experts. You roll in your bike, tell them whats wrong and they know exactly whats going on. They will see all the little details about it too. What I love is that they will sell the individual parts to you and not give you smack about fixing it yourself. Ive been in some places and they refuse to sell the parts and talk down to you about doing it yourself. They are very professional in what they do. Plus, I love their dog ^_^

Support your local bikes shops! Chong knows bikes inside and out! I dont ride the normal bikes as im a vintage pre 1960s cruiser guy and he always has time to help my friend and I get parts like pedals goosenecks, tubes and tires! Just yesterday he showed me a way to put a new chain on my 1949 Columbia without removing the chain guard!. Good prices too! Not gonna break the bank or your wallet here. You will leave happy!

Support your LBS (local bike shop). Ive been a customer since their original location (E.18th). Chong and his trusty mechanic Ben are great guys and riders as well. Big chains like REI and Sports Chalet are cold and impersonal to me. Advice and technical knowledge runs low at these chains. If you want to buy a bike, tubes, get repairs or free advice SUPPORT YOUR L.B.S. and sleep well at night.
