Pharmacy is awesome. Night time cashier, maybe 20yr old boy, has NEVER been cordial. I live down the street, so its my stop every day, but not for long. This kid makes me dread coming in. He is a Misery cloud, puking up all his personal crap and ruining moods. Customer service has been my business of choice for 20yr because I LOVE PEOPLE! If you hate crowds, give your job to someone that will appreciate it and go into whatever dark corner of your choice. I know it might take some warming up the Ole face muscles, but a smile goes so much further. *steps off soap box*

I usually never write reviews but I just moved to Shorewood and I decided to stop at the Walgreens to buy some milk for the house but ended up getting more. my cashier was very nice and helpful the customer service there was awesome! she definitely made me feel like I want to go back just to have a conversation with her she was so pleasant I think her name was Keandra and this location is so organized and clean I will be going back for sure.

I normally wouldnt take the time to write a review for a Walgreens, but every time I am at this location, the employees appear to want to make you as miserable as they are. It gets 2 stars only because it is new and clean. Cheer up people!
