This store has a big selection. BUT, Their customer service is horrible. I went to pick out a wig and tried on a couple. I politely asked to see another and was told i need to buy in order to try on. How do i buy if i cant try abything on? I was then told i was being a bother. At that point i decided to take my buisness elsewhere.

The woman who works there is the sweetest and most awesome person ever. Allthough the coustomer service could use some improvment. I really like the products they have there. I live a few blocks away from it and we go there all the time. My daughter loves looking st the wigs and we have a great time there

Worst customer service on the planet..the owners are stand offish and the two ladies working the floor are so rude and their attitudes are off putting!! I shop here all the time because its a convenient stop for me but I know better than to expect any type of decent customer service when I go there.

Customer service is mediocre could be better because the employees do not know the product features or benefits. The employees also do not know the customer needs. They should understand the product benefits to its customers better. Also, greet customers upon arriving and exiting the store.
