This place is the absolute worst. My husband has asthma and he is sick meaning it was very vital I pick up his prescription inhaler. It was the second day and I had just come. The audacity that the lady had to tell me that the pharmacist Thomas had put my prescription back up and now they dont have it anymore is beyond my comprehension. I was in beyond disbelief. She said shed have it at the earliest by Monday. The horror when I said it was very urgent and that I had no time to go to SOUTHLAKE OR CVS who does not accept my insurence and all she did was say sorry. This place is horrid. Might as well go to Tom Thumb for your prescriptions. Walgreens is utterly disgusting and I haven words for their customer service.

Long wait and then unhelpful, borderline rude service from the photo counter. The assistant manager seemed not to care about customer service when refusing to ring up customers when the other cash register had a long wait. Passport pictures where not accepted by the Dallas passport agency. The entire 30 minute visit filled of stress and condescending attitude by the employees was for nothing. Save your time and money getting photos from this Walgreen. I ended up loosing half a days work by trusting the rude female teenager working at the photo counter.

This is a very busy pharmacy, but when my prescription was initially rejected by my insurance, they got on the phone and spent an hour on eternal hold to get it approved. Thank you!

This Walgreens doesnt take online discount coupons like all the others, also they tell me my RX is ready and when I stop by its never actually ready to be picked up
