We go to this starbuck because its the only one near our home. I use my mobile ap to order ahead as to avoid their terrible wait times.....there is always a wait. This weekend is the second weekend in a row that they have messed up a mobile order. Last weekend the order was incomplete and not ready when it was supposed to be. This weekend i ordered a holiday turkey and stuffing panini. I recieved a regular turkey panini...it had a pesto spread and peppers on it. .... idk how much more disappointing this store can be. The staff is alway friendly and courteous but there is clearly a breakdown somewhere. Just because youre nice doesnt mean you can suck at what you do. If there were an easily findable option i would have left this review on their store website, but i was unabl to locate the option to leave the review. So a terrible google review it is. Update. Just went there this sunday 2/26/17. Picked up a mobile order that included a kids hot chocolate for my 3 year old. Luckily i tested it to make sure it wasnt too hot for him.......it was coffee. Like seriously.

This Star Bucks store is truly the very best one I have been in many times. I congratulate all of the guys and gals who work so hard to make each of their valued customers their drinks to perfection or its made over to your exact specifications! I just got home from this Starbucks and want to say I started my early Sunday morning completely better than I thought I would, Im sleepy! My husband and I had a "Morning Date" and went here early before he had to work. Their staff was SO kind to me. Made us some great product, had great conversation, asked us how our drinks were, everything and more than you could want. Wow. I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to this Starbucks. My husband and I really appreciated our experience today.

Im surprised to read some negative reviews on here for this location. I love it here, the staff is extremely nice and courteous. Also the wifi is extremely speedy. If you want your coffee with a less than 5 minute wait, make it at home. If you want a delicious taste of the nectar of the goddesses, I recommend coming here. Also the employee Elizabeth was an A++ barista employee. My Double chocolatey frap was by far the most delicious I have ever had. She definitely deserves a gold star.

The staff is quick and friendly here for sure. It seems pretty busy on Sundays but they still have a lot of seating so its not cramped. What DOES get cramped though is the parking lot. Overfill from the drive thru can really clog the lot. Not sure how to resolve that, but thats my only complaint.

The baristas are always kind. They always make sure you like your drink and if you dont they will kindly remake/change it. The parking lot is much smaller than the amount of traffic that it encounters. There is always a line whether it be in the drive-thru or you walk in.

Seriously had to wait 9 hours at 7 at night with one car ahead of me in drive through. Not only that but the day before I waited 20 minutes for a drink in the lobby. Slow service. Used to be my favorite Starbucks. Definitely going elsewhere

Im a huge Starbucks customer and have my weekly visits. The morning staff has grown to know me and recognizes my face every time I come in. Its always clean and tidy when I go in. Service is quick and efficient!

Bad service today. Ordered a $7 drink (with tip) but got blown off when I tried to verify the number of shots added. Barista said he would double-check the recipe card but didnt. Store was not busy at the time.

This particular Starbucks is alright. Ive never had anything extraordinary happen here, but nothing detrimental either. They usually do an alright job making java chip frappes and iced caramel macchiatos.

There were flies everywhere in the building . And we were given a cold cinnamon roll and an open straw with hair on it . Glad I spent gift card money because that was a waste .
