Emmanuel was a great service. I came all the way from wisconsin just to buy a starbucks gift mug. I trade starbucks gift mug from diffirent country i ask emmanuel if stephani is there to help me get a starbucks mug as i bought on her before sadly she doesnt work here annymore annyway, Emmanuel was a great service i ask him if he could give me a diffirent starbucks gift mug from diffirent mug because i am Starbucks gift mug trader from a diffirent country i ask Emmanuel if he could give me the mug that the SKU still not remove and he give me the one that i need it was great.

Should have known something was wrong at this Starbucks when the two previous customers had issues....Ordered a drink that I wanted to add a banana and they didnt have any so I said if I bring them back maybe you can add them... cashier with dark hair replied yes. Did so purchase 2 bananas came back then the cyber texting phone guy pretending to be a manager, behind the counter chimes in after shes ringing up my order stating, no we cant add the bananas...What would you do... So I left before I acted extra special... First and last time coming to this location.

Literally the worst service Ive ever had at a Starbucks. The two women that were African American were extremely rude, and when they incorrectly made my girlfriend drink became even ruder. They then made everyone elses drink after asking for them to remake hers and then grabbed the drink back from my girlfriends hand that they made previously. The Polish lady that made her drink was snooty at having to remake the drink.

OH MY GOD YOU GUYS THIS THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER. The people here are so nice and attentive. They always listen and if they make a mistake they own up to it and offer you to make another one until they get it right. The line is from time to time full but I still wait because I believe they are doing their best.

Im not sure why Starbucks continues to advertise the light and dark roasts when they never have them available. Occasionally Ill be offered a pour over, but too often Im not, especially at this location, which I drive by every day for my commute.

The worst cofee I ever had in Starbucks. Worst service and these people dont know how to make a white chocolate mocha. We ordered it twice and he did the same to me and my friend as well. Please ask those people to learn how to do a cofee.

Worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. Watered down coffee, stale lemon loaf, horrible service. At 6:30am a coffee shop should be ready for business. Makes me appreciate my neighborhood Starbucks!

Bought coffee and Clearly asked for the water with no ice. They gave it with ice. Asked again. They removed ice with spoon from countertop. Who knows if it was clean?! Lack of service.

I drove here using my Garmin (so I know I was at this exact address, yes Denley Ave not Denley st.) and this address is a house in the middle of a neighborhood. Definitely not a Starbucks.
