Although the employees are friendly, I experienced a tremendous lack of customer care as well as service compared to other Starbucks locations. Also, the employees were loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional. The physical environment was also disappointing as tables were not regularly cleaned and the floor full of filth. If you intend to study or complete work at this location, please reconsider your choice.

This is not a stand-alone store so I find that management is lacking in these operations. The service is friendly but tends to be quite slow. The beverages are generally consistent and the pastries are always good (as they come pre-made).

Joshua McCray served me once. The taste was an explosion of coffee flavors never experienced before. The other people are awesome, dont get me wrong, but Josh, he is coffee through and through.
