The ladies here are rude and get my drink right 1/2 the time. The last time I had my 3 &1/2 pound Chiweenie in my coat, came in to meet a friend, quickly pick up a drink, & leave. The cashier treated me rudely basically made me wait outside in the bitter cokd!! She acted as if I was letting my microdoggie run around, she never left me she only had her head poking out and she never made a sound. I also received this nasty smirky look from her as well and she was laughing while I waited for my drink in the cold. My friends were also offended. I will drive out of my way to avoid this Starbucks. Rude, Rude, Rude!!

This SB location is the most convenient spot to get a cup o caffeine on the go. With a speedy moving drive through, most drinks seem to be dished out to cars rather than those inside the building. If you find that the drive through line is impossibly long and you cant snag a spot in the way-too-small parking lot, you can detour across the street to Target and find yourself a much less Starbucks just inside and to the right of the entrance. After a remodel, this location has those uncomfortable high tops and the cold dark interior design. This isnt a spot that says "waste time here".

I WAS BUYING A WATER, THE PRICE LIST SAID ONE PRICE THE POS HAD A HIGHER PRICE. THEY DID A CSI AND MADE AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM THAT THERE BUYERS LIST HAD ONE PRICE AND THE SYSTEM HAD A HIGHER PRICE. I WAS SO OFFENDED I JUST WALKED OUT AND I HEARD THE MANAGER SAY, "HE DOESNT WANT IT NOW" ? I TURNED AND RESPONDED YOU MADE A BIG DEAL OUT OF A SIMPLE MATTER AND HAD ME WAITING FOR SOMETHING THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ME AND MY PURCHASE YES, IT PISSED ME OFF. NOT BECAUSE OF THE MONEY BUT BECAUSE OF A INVESTIGATION OF A ERROR THAT WASNT THE CUSTOMERS BELIEVABLY UNBELIEVABLE WOW

I love this place. Coffee is delicious as usual. People are friendly, busy, and professional. Yes, there is s drive-thru but they manage very well the workload at busy times of the day. Ive done several mobile orders thru the Starbucks app with this location and that was a great speedy experience for me. Highly recommend this Starbucks shop. Enjoy your next cup of espresso here!

Nice store physically, poor service. Made my drink wrong (a simple Grande Americano with room). No milk out. Pastries not labeled then the counter person couldnt see what I was pointing from 6 feet away. Finally, they reheat all pastries without asking. All in all, a disappointing experience for a Bucks fan.

By far the worst Starbucks or store I have ever been to in my whole life. Took 20 minutes to get a coffee. Awful cashier. I sincerly hope this location goes out of business. In fact if all Starbucks were this atrocious the entire franchise would go out of business.

This Starbucks is on the way to and from OHare on Mannheiim Rd. One of few that also has a drive-thru. Entry and exist can be challenging in busy traffic but there is a median in the center of the road to pull into whiel you wait for an opening in traffic.

Coffee should be a pleasure to drink it and start your morning happy, but because of this coffee shop my day is a mess now. I told them that I want my coffee warm, well it was boling in the cup and burned my mouth. Warm does not mean hot!!!

I have never been to a consistently slower Starbucks. There is always a excessive wait, even when you are the only person in line, and orders come out wrong.
