Love drink starbucks here old employees give great customers service. but today was not or.ganized they had people waiting at drive thur more then 28 minutes.decide to go in waiting long line patiently it was 9:04 am cashier said system down. Ask her can I order it on line she said system completely down. Told her I see people at drive Thu r still receving there coffe. Can you. Ring me up at the drive thur .she said no.I understand you been backup of order I was willing to wait for My order.but no solution from. Employee. My Question in general if the system was down why did people at drive thur go there order or why the person in fort of me two people before for his order was fine.Why did management did not post sign at the window system down.it would of save time and customer not getting upset.

I start my day at this Starbucks. Although Ive been to many this is by far the best one for me. There is something uniquely different about this particular Starbucks. The beverages and food are always great but the "Team" that works here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They remember both my exact drinks as well as my name. The manager, Jason, I consider a friend. I know that this review should focus primarily on food and beverage however the extra mile the baristas take make this more than a simple visit. Its an Experience with Friends. A place you want to be. Remember the sitcom Cheers? Its like that. Definitely 5 Stars and very highly recommended.

I stood there for 5 minutes looking at employees doing what ever they are doing, no one even acknowledging my presence. Then, finally, one employee asked me"What can I do for you?". When i asked decaf coffee, she said we dont be it any more, she offered to take grinds from the morning and reuse them, put water on top of them. Really? There are reasons people come to Starbucks. And they used to be good customer service and great product. Otherwise, why not go to Dunkin Donut? Really appalled.

The line this morning wasnt busy at all and I thought great...until I got my coffee. A Venti Salted Caramel Mocha that taste like a mocha coffee, I wont be returning. Im good about calling places to complain about something however; it wasnt going to do me any good since other customers wont know...so I wont go back. More disappointed in myself for not just going to the Schaumburg location close to my job.

The amount of times I have ordered a Mango Black Tea with no lemonade and gotten lemonade or no mango flavoring is frustrating. The stickers on the cup even say mango but itll be plain iced tea. Not to mention the wait time is usually over 10 minutes. The staff is very nice but Ill be going to the new Starbucks on Grand and Mannheim from now on.

Emergency lights continued to go off the 30 minutes I was enjoying my cold brew. Wrong drinks brought to counter that should have gone to drive through, and slightly longer than expected to get the grande cold brew. But, overall the product was as good as always.

The staff here are nice and friendly but every time I order a drink it comes out wrong. It gets frustrating having to wait another 10 min in the drive thru or having to get out of my car to go inside. This one is closest to home but will no longer be coming here.

Worse Starbucks Ive ever been to third time here and they still cant make a latte no other location makes lattes this bad literally milk n cinnamon worse lattes Ive ever had cant believe how bad they are as well as the service wish I could give 0 stars!!!

I go through the drive thru and ordered a blueberry oatmeal and a tall carmel ice coffee and when I finally get to my job I look and see a Grande Vanilla ice latte and the oatmeal was plain with only honey and a nut package! Im never coming here again!

The staff is great but the manager is super loud and not professional. Doesnt fail that every time I come she is complaining about customers. She complains and complains. Thats all I hear. So I wear my headphones and blast the music or move to the front.

It was an amazing experience . The guy at the window was so nice he ask how i was doing he smiled at me did eye contact with me and they wrote a lilttle message on my cup which made my day i loved it!!!

I think this is the first time ever in my Starbucks history that Ive sat in a drive through for over 15 minutes. Well Im still sitting here and 3 cars are ahead of me so no telling what the final time be.

I paid $5.25 for a vinti white chocolate mocha that wasnt even 3/4 of the way full. Called the store to get my money back a couple times but the line was occupied. Worst service I have ever had.
