Yeah, so Ive been going every morning for my dark roast coffee, recently switched locations due to a job change. Dark Roast??? - not really, doesnt taste like a dark roast, weak and watery, worse than DD! I miss the old days when the staff was honest about what they were brewing and had a respect for actually coffee drinkers. I will say the staff is nice, but it seems the management doesnt care about coffee drinkers anymore. Guess Ill find a new Starbucks.

My favorite starbucks. I always stop here on my way to work and someone always manages to make my morning feel a little brighter. But Paul.. Paul makes my whole day of work worth it because I got to stop in and say hi to him. Whoever hired him picked a winner! Paul is always happy to see you and always serves you with the greatest customer service attitude. He tells me enjoy today and I always do! thank you Paul ❤

I come here daily it seems for my mid day coffee and admin between meetings. They always greet me with a smile and if I order a tall coffee with room, they always give it to me in a grande cup. Always happy with the atmosphere and service here. Not all Starbucks are equal but whoever is running this crew of employees is doing a fantastic job. Thank you for letting this be my office away from my office.

Not the best location. Not the best manager either so it trickles down to the employees which are usually careless, and pretty snotty. Also would like to add I have to ask to have my drink remade often here. it sucks being one of the very few Starbuck locations in that neighborhood. Better off driving to Oak Park, North Riverside, or Villa Park. This location is HIT OR MISS.

Look a SB! Its just like evey other SB! The staff are friendly and will accommodate your order. Relatively small space, but because of the location I dont see too many people here. They have 1 large table, 4 sofas, 5 individual tables, and a bar area that seats 5 more.

When I went (between 9 and 10am) the place was very dirty with lots of litter throughout the store and the bathroom was very messy. On the plus side, there was plenty of available seating and the staff was friendly.

Got robbed by the incompetent cashier at the window. They dont know how to subtract $10.45 from $29.50 because to them, my change comes out $9.05, a dollar short. Then they argued with me and still kept my money

The Broadview Starbucks is a Great location however ...Gabriel at times can be a real jerk as far as customer service .Overall I Luv , Love This location ..Thanks for coming to our town !!!

Its was fast may be because they didnt have many customers at the time three of us were there . I requested to add vanilla syrup and they did with no questions asked .

As a regular, near daily customer of Starbucks, I have nothing but praise for the place, except the prices for food are too high. $6.00 for yogurt? Cmon, man

Good spot overall for studying, socializing, or just stopping to have a coffee, tea, or other such drink. Baristas are pretty good also.
