Nice location with plenty of seating. Ive changed my review from 4 stars to 2 as my mobile orders have been messed up at this location 4 times in a row. Twice they didnt have what I ordered through the app. once I waited for 15 minutes only to find my purchase was sitting in the drive through counter the whole time, and once I got blamed for not telling the barista I was waiting on a mobile order (he hadnt noticed it come through). This was all in the last month. Seems like processes can be improved in this area. Never had a problem like this at any other store. **Update (now down to 1 star) - went back here again after a month and waited almost 15 minutes for a latte. the store wasnt busy inside, but focus was mostly on the drive through. I must have watched 7-8 cars get served before me. Barista was busy mind you, but someone should have noticed me standing there for so long. No eye contact - nothing. Im not going back to this location.

Horrible !! Service and wait is always excessive. After ordering 3 large drinks and not receiving A cup holder I politley asked for one. Waited 5 min, still no cup holder. Finally the girl came out with them. Handed them to one of the other employees where she then just stacked them on top of the counter (in the back and not at my reach cuz I would have just reached for one) and then turned her back towards me. Ended up walking out with out the cup holder due to the fact that I appetentky became invisible and they couldnt seem me standing waiting anymore. Would rather drive a few more min up the street and get amazing service. The Starbucks in down town Lagrange is amazing.

I never had bad experience at Starbucks, because they are always polite and nice. This past Saturday I was there ordered 2 drinks, one of them was very berry hibiscus refresher ,for my son. When it was prepared ,it had no berries ,I wish I was told up front they do not have berries, but OK I understand. ..the drink had more ice than actual drink....my son finished it in two sips...I went back to ask if they can remove some ice add more drink, the barista looked at me , and said he did not understand what I am requesting. ...... seriously. ...

Id give this place a 5 I it were not for the extremely loud "Bangin" music. It feels like I am at a dance club. Sometimes, You cant hear a person across the table talk. At one point I was about to start twerking, But the last time I tried that I think I slipped A disk. Anywho, there is a beautiful young lady that wears bangs working there. If you are young and stop by, you may want to ask her to.dance. Employees do work hard. Hope they either lower the volume or open til one so I can come and wear one of my old shiny club shirts again.

This starbucks sucked royally, the girl at the register dint know what she was doing, I ordered a Berry Berry Hibiscus with no water they gave it to me with water, I ordered a double chocolate loaf I got that 20 minutes later, I had already paid for my drink and instead of fixing it right away they started making drinks for everyone one else, my drink was a 30 Oz drink, when they finally gave it to me it was a smaller size, when I paid for the 30 oz..never again will I go there.

I love Starbucks Frappuccino and lattes. Its my special treat to myself! Always with extra shots of espresso. Great place to sit and relax or if in a hurry, drive thru moves pretty fast. All the Berestas are personable and informative. Sarah has my number on how I like my lattes and Frappuccino. She even remembers if I skip a special request.(which I always do) Savor and enjoy! Wendy

Up until today, this was my favorite starbucks. Today, however, my morning happy place is no more. After 10 mins, my drink didnt come up and my sandwich was nearly cold....i got back in line and requested a refund...they had no idea where my drink was and then wanted me to wait again for a new sandwich and drink...Sorry morning time is precious....ugh!!!!

Veru long line at drive thru and surprisingly slow staff. They are pleasant, but are the only Starbucks I have been to nationally that runs out of special promotion drink staples (coconut milk e.g.) but doesnt realize it so waits until you are at the window to tell you you need to choose something else...

Litter, litter everywhere, no one gives two turds about keeping the place clean. However, there is a bright side to all of this, a Chick-fil-A is right across the parking lot, and the service is very good AND Chick-fil-A cleans the land they use.

Even when they are super busy my drink is made to perfection. I havent encountered a batista that wasnt friendly. I drive out of my way sometimes to go to this location over the one that is down the street from my house.
