Horrible service. One time in ten you get what you ask for. If you ask for a coffee with a little ice, you get ice with a little coffee. It took them 5 tries to make my coffe right. On the top of this they are slow If they would relocate this store somewhere to Chicago you would have to wait for your coffee a long time not to mention that it would have to be re maked several times. Best option dont go there.

Same ole same ole just another overpriced Starbucks place to buy coffee and fancy drinks along with overpriced food. Bad location if driving walking its ok. Just surprised they dont have 2 or 3 more locations in downtown Elmhurst. I would think they would have one Starbucks on every NSEW corner in downtown Elmhurst . Lots of empty storefronts to choose from Elmhurst will allow it☺

Been to one Starbucks? Well then youve seem them all. Offers up the same coffee, tea and specialty drinks you know and love. The staff is nice and this shop is roomy. When I was there I think the air was cranked down to 60, it was cold outside but compared to the inside we left to warm up. But the coffee was good as usual though.

Went in closer to closing. Smores Frap I ordered was okay. Not as good as first time at another location. Dining room was pretty trashed and not tended to. Garbage full and beverage condiment station not stocked. Employees were nice, and helpful, but could definitely make store inside look neater regardless of time of day.

Its Starbucks. You know what youre going to get. However, if youre reading this, consider visiting Elijahs. It has way better selection in tea, good coffee, and its locally owned. I will say this for the Starbucks here on York, though: The staff is quite friendly. I appreciate that a lot.

Ive been here at this location a couple of times and Barista and her coworker with the green glasses are very rude and have an attitude all the time i am there. I rather take a drive to a different location

This is the slowest StarBucks EVER! I come here atleast once a day and it doesnt matter what time of day I go it ATLEAST takes 5min in the drive up. The only StarBucks that Ive ever experienced this problem.

Great location and drinks, mostly clean but understandable since its always busy. Some of the holiday drinks were not available early on the morning so had to order something else. Overall good to stop by.

Drinks are always great here but I never see a smile on anyones face at this location and they are very unfriendly. Its sad. I go to starbucks almost daily and they are typically all friendly

Staff was friendly and batista skills up to par. Great location right downtown and easy quick 10 minute parking which is nice for a grab and go considering there is no drive thru.
