Disappointed. Highly disappointed in the service, or lack there-of that I received from ABNT. I had heard nothing but great things about this place and decided to check it out for myself. I wanted to get something done for a relative that had passed and went into the shop with some of my own sketches. They were supposed to email me some additional sketches to see if I happened to like what they came up with better than my very own sketches. I was told it would take "a couple of days" before I got an email from them with the sketches. I believe it was approximately two weeks later when I emailed them and asked how the sketches were progressing and to also ensure that they had my correct email address. I later got a response back stating that he had the wrong email address and would "try to resend it here tomorrow!" Needless to say, I didnt get anything the next day, or the next week. I then followed up with yet another email, stating that I was checking in. It has been over a month now and not a single word back from them, nor an apology for their flakey, unprofessional behavior. Customer lost and spreading the word.

Hands down the best tattoo shop in Eau Claire. In fact its the best shop Ive been to, and Ive gotten work done all over the country. Ive had family members and friends get tattooed by Krueger and seeing the quality of the work made me take my business there. Ive had my last three done by Kyle and I wont go to a different shop again. Not only are the tattoos great, the "feel" of the shop is fantastic. Whether its your first tattoo or your whole body is covered, the whole team treats every customer with respect and will work to make sure youre getting exactly what you want. Unlike some "other" shops in Eau Claire that treat you like just another number. Also, and this is SUPER important... theyre the CLEANEST shop in the area!!!

Im not sure what these other two people are talking about but this was the best tattoo experience Ive ever had. The shop is really open and friendly and very relaxing. You dont feel like youre just a random stranger in the shop. The guys welcome everyone and make them feel comfortable. They ask for a 20 dollar deposit JUST like every other tattoo shop Ive been to for holding appointments and for drawing fees. If they schedule you for an appointment and you dont show up, they are losing money. Yes they get busy because they are that good at what they do. Kyle, Krueger, and Jake are all great guys that do amazing work and I will stand by that any time. A Brand New Tattoo is THE most legit shop in Eau Claire. Period.

what can i say that hasnt already been said i look at it this way its gonna be on ur body for the rest of ur life why not have some one who knows what there doing dont settle for something u kinda like go to ABNT and get something your gonna love and be happy with having if you dont find something on the walls that u like then these guys can draw up petty much anything you could throw at them they are some of the most skilled tattoo artists in eau claire and it dosnt hurt that there all pretty awesome guys hands down best shop in eau claire !!! thanks again guys for all your awesome work GREAT JOB!!!

Ive always been a tattoo snob since I have a lot of tattoos from a very highly rated shop in the state. Needless to say I was wary going to a new shop. A Brand New Tattoo blew me away. I could not believe the professionalism and absolute skill that I came into contact with. Kyle was my artist and he did a phenomenal job. Not only is this the only shop in the area that uses single use equipment but its truly an artists shop. The people here know what they are talking about and only want whats best for the client. Two thumbs up and I will definitely become a repeat customer!!!!

Hands down thee best tattoo shop I have ever set foot in. Every single artist in the shop produces thee most phenomenal work. They are all insanely talented individuals. I have a lot of tattoos from random shops from traveling all over with the military and this is the only shop that I will ever go back to for ink. I am constantly getting complimented on my tattoos and always asked "Where do you go?" Best shop ever. And everyone there is super cool and ultra professional. Wickedly clean shop too. Only place I would recommend to anyone. EVER.

I have been coming to the shop since I was barely old enough to get my first tattoo, and have been extremely satisfied with everything and everyone there - extremely clean, classy shop with really talented artists. Kyle has worked on my arm and I get compliments on my tattoos everyday, to which I respond: GO TO EAU CLAIRE, VISIT ABNT!! Great prices (for a permanent addition to your body), amazing service, and overall a gem of tattoo shop. You know its the place when you walk in and you feel like youre at home!

Lunchbox messed up my simple tattoo big time... I wanted a shaded in cross and he couldnt even do the outline correctly.... I now have a gap between connecting the bottom base to the side line of my cross and some very crappy shading that he completely went against what I asked him... The final product looks like two seperate tattoos... I paid $60 and it was so not worth it whatsoever. If you do go here, dont have him do it, the other people do good work from what Ive seen....

BRAND NEW TATTOOS OWNER KYLE IS A THIEF. He gives out 100.00 gift certificates that expire on a certain date and then does not honor them. I paid 50.00 for this certificate. The owner is a thief and calls his customers scammers because he can not honor the certificate he gave out. If I were you I would find another tattoo place how treats their customers with respect and does professional work.

When I went in for my first tattoo, I was extremely anxious. Kyle calmed my nerves and made the process as bearable as possible. Since then, I have collectively gotten 10 other pieces done by Kyle and Krueger at ABNT. The service has been impeccable and their advice on placement and sizing has also been very helpful. The city of Eau Claire is lucky to have a gem like ABNT. Really.

Jake Haag did an amazing simple piece on my forearm and touched up some old stick and pokes that I have! He made me super comfy and the shop is really clean and chill. It was my first experience in an actual tattoo shop and I fell in love! Ive had multiple tattoos done since and definitely plan to go back to Jake in the future!

I traveled over a 1,000 miles for A BRAND NEW TATTOO! One word describes my tattoo experience "AWESOME"!!!! The shop was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Just a great experience! I was tattooed by Kyle his work was well worth the trip to Wisconsin from Baltimore. I would recommend A BRAND NEW TATTOO!
