The place is clean and Willow seems to know what hes doing...but customer service has something to be desired. If you are a college student with limited funds...youre golden. If youre a little older, with plenty of money to pay for what you want...not so much. Quality product is one thing...quality service is everything. Ive taken my business elsewhere where my money and needs matters... not my age or young beauty.

I went in to have my nose pierced. I had good service and I never had problems with it, but when it came time to change it after three months of healing, it wouldnt come out. I pulled a couple times and nothing happened. My friend had to pull really hard for it to come out. Finally got it out, only to see that it is lip ring and not a nose ring. I didnt get what I wanted, and it caused me a lot of unnecessary pain.

The time that I have spent in Steel & Ink held such an inviting environment that I return just to say hello. Willow and his staff have such a sanitary shop that has provided me with not only good vibes but also healthy piercings. I recommend Steel & Ink to my friends and random acquaintances who ask me about my piercings. I will most definitely get my body modified there in the future.

Hardly a one. Very rude; asked him to put glass retainers in 6 of my piercings; took out all 6 and refused to put 3 back in. Then my daith wouldnt stop bleeding; he said because it had been pierced poorly. Went to another piercer that day; he replaced the 16 with a 14 without letting me know. Had to wait over an hour for one person ahead of me also. Never going back.

Was charged $10 for a simple ball replacement, which I could not get anywhere else besides a piercing parlor. The entire atmosphere seems pretentious. Either you pay a lot, or you pay a lot. There is no cheaper options available because the owner has made the highest quality jewelry compulsory in the entire Eau Claire county. Will not be going back.

The only place I will ever get any piercings done. He is the cleanest piercer Ive ever seen and he follows the correct procedure for every piercing he does. Willow will teach you the exact way to clean things, he will tell you about all the procedures you are doing, and he has an awesome way of getting you prepared for every piercing.

Nick is hands down the best piercer Ive seen. Very professional and truly cares about you & the longevity and health of your piercings. Clean shop, awesome jewelry. Very pleased with my experience and felt as comfortable as I possibly could for a more intimate piercing. Highly recommend.
