I went to the pharmacy about a month ago, stood at window (no one else in line) while 2 in pharmacy had loud conversation... and waited... and waited... ignored I turned and went elsewhere to fill a prescription. Tonight my daughter had a wreck on her bicycle and my husband went to buy her a splint for her arm. He saw people working in the pharmacy and went to window just to ask if they knew where splints were. Pharmacist didnt talk to him, just closed the window where he was standing. It was after normal hours but he wasnt trying to get something filled, just trying to ask someone a basic question. Please dont shop here. I cant support this behavior. Thankfully Eagle River has other options.

These guys have the worst customer service. We get the confirmation phone call telling us our prescription is ready, turn up and they fill it out while you are there making you wait half an hour. No apology, nothing. They will carry on a conversation with staff rather than serve you. One pharmacist gave me dire warnings of an antibiotic for my son so I went back to my doctor and she said the pharmacist was exaggerating. Other than that they couldnt be more miserable. One more thing. We are constantly getting robot calls from this pharmacy every day. Can you get them to pick up the phone to tell them about it? Of course not!

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever encountered at a Walgreens, anywhere. Ive been in Walgreens in many major cities, small towns and everything in between. The lady told me to hurry up because they were closing and told me she shouldnt even check me out because it was now 2mins past closing when I got to the register. She basically shoved me out the door and said we open again tomorrow at 7am. Goto Trigs down the road. At the very least they are friendly and wont kick you out so you can get to the tavern

Waited in line to check out for over 10 min! People were leaving their purchases and leaving the store. Went to get the manager so that she could help check out. She said she would get help but nobody ever came. As I was leaving the store I saw her checking out a store employee at another register. I thanked her for her help and she said that she couldnt find anyone to help! Horrible customer service!

Wanted to get two passport photos and it didnt go well. They use a stupidly cheap handheld camera. A Dora the Explorer special would have worked better. And when we went to the court house to get the passports, they wouldnt accept one of the pics because the lady hadnt croped it right. She was nice, but didnt know what she was doing.

Very poor; your answering system is a joke, I merely called to find our your hours; then after 5 minutes of runaround she finally said "...oh by the way we are open to 10:00 pm." You need some refinement in your answering process to make your system more pleasing to the average person.

Do they have the ringer on their phones turned off? 4 consecutive attempts to call the pharmacy, more than 50 rings, and in the end my question regarding co-pays was never answered.
