I do not want to make a general statement but the majority of the people working in the pharmacy are absolutely rude. Mrs. Renee who works in the pharmacy is a sweet heart. They hang up on you before your are finished asking a question, they do not call and tell you if they are out of the med you called in, until you go to pick them up, if you have to have a medication mailed to you they do not let you know that until you go pick up your meds...And on top off all of that 90% of the workers especially the pharmacist are rude as hell. We know you do not want to be working at a CVS or grocery store pharmacy but you took the job...Why take it out on the customers???

The one star is for cleanliness and products available. Pharmacy is rude and will not fill anything (I.e. doctors fax, physical drop offs, refills, etc) unless you are at the store and reminding them you are waiting on it. And even when you are there the staff is totally annoyed with you and rude. And absolutely DO NOT CALL, they might as well not have a phone, and if they do answer, expect to wait atleast 10 min, my last phone call I happened to look down at my timer, it was 17 minutes on hold!

Overpriced and way underachieved in quality of service. Do the workers understand what "customer service" means? Better off going across the street to Walgreens
