bought a pair of western style boots there on 6/14/2010 for my teenage son after salesman assured us," this is the style you want if you do a lot of walkin."The boots fell apart within 3 weeks of purchase. Because of many family/personal issues,we could not take the boots back until 9/4/2010.The salesman said there was nothing that could be done.When I objected,he left with one of the boots only to return with a joker whom I assume was a manager that told me there was no warranty and nothing could be done, because the boots were just" worn out and were not made to be worn everyday!" 82 days of ownership.Good Business, Huh?

I'm gonna write a review for you review if you did your research Nd bought a good pair of boots they come with warranties from the boot company .its not their fault you bought a cheap pair of boots. So now that that's said ... This store has great boot brands like ariat Nd Justin that you can't find a lot of places they're are kinda pricey but at least its top shelf . Everything in this store is pretty pricey that is my only complaint.

Just left this store and the employees were awful and the costumer service was even worse! My husband was buying a pair of boots and not one person offered to help us. He found the boot and size himself without any assistance. We also had our two children with us (4 and 2) and the employees were rude to not only us but our children as well. Pretty sad when we spent over $200 at your store and get treated like scum! Never spending another dime there.

I love D & D. If they dont have the style or size i need they will call one of their other stores and If they still cant get them they will order them direct from factory. Its hard to find name brand boots and clothing in a Wal-Mart world. The prices are are a little high but you get what you pay for. And besides they have lots of mark downs.

A boot store without a tool to measure your foot. Great selection if you are a D in width. I understand why they dont have the tool to measure your foot because you wouldnt compromise and buy the next larger size boot.
