The store manager, James Roper is the worse manager I ever had to deal with!! To make a long story short I ordered shoes on their website and had it shipped to my house. The color looked different online than in person so I wanted to return them. I went to the store in Lakeland Square Mall to get a refund. The first manager, Heather ended up charging my card $18.19!! So, she got another manager, Alexis to try to do the refund. Alexis was able to refund me back $22.47 for the return. She stated she also gave back the $18.19 as well and if I have any issues to come back. I agreed. The transactions finally showed up on my bank statement and the $18.19 was not credited back. So, I went back to the store and spoke with James Roper and he would not listen to my situation at all. He initially started with, "if you are looking to get money back I can tell you right now thats not gonna happen." Those were his exact words. Then he blatantly lied to me and said that they dont do refunds in store, in which I confirmed with the customer care hotline I called today, THEY DO! You can return any online order in store because I have done it before with no issue. So, I already knew he was lying. I even told him that the 2 female managers said if I have any issues to come back. Also, the same store associate that was there the first time and witnessed everything was there, but he didnt care. I was not cursing or acting belligerent towards James, but he was still rude and acted like he did not want to help me. Rack Room robbed me for $18.19 and I was treated like crap from the manager for trying to get back what was rightfully mine. I have reported him to Rack Rooms Customer Care hotline because no paying customer should be treated this way. Hard lesson learned, but karma will handle it. P.S. The store manager is on facebook as James Roper that lives in Orlando. He has a baby that has down syndrome on his page if anyone wants to know who I am referring to. JAMES ROPER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/MANAGEMENT SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!

I highly recommend you not to use the Ship2Home option. It is the worst process any human being could possibly go through. First off lets start with there carrier, FedEx, also another awful option. Combine those 2 awful companies you get a headache that no medicine could cure. Now, they lost my package, big deal right? So I never even got the shoes actually shipped to my home. I called FedEx which RRS advise me to do, to tell them to ship back to them so I can get my refund. The process they adv me would take a month in total to when I get my refund. So far, no refund, and it has been 5 months now. I am still dealing with there customer service via phone. So aggravated I decided to go to the location here in Lakeland square mall. The manager was a total joke. Said she would be right back to speak with me, she disappeared for 30 minutes, after the long wait she came back, so rude and said "well if you want your refund you cant get it here, call our customer service line." I advised I already did that hence why I was here, ignored me once again than proceeded to help the next customer. Awful! I spent 200$ on shoes to be shipped to my home, (reason why I had them shipped is because they had no inventory in the store) and never got my shoes, or my refund! Still dealing with this customer service, may God be with my on the endeavor.

Save your time and go to the south side or to Shoe Carnival. The only helpfully people are the part time associates and Heather who has great customer service.
