If I could give no stars I would. This Sonic is absolutely awful. Not only did they get the order wrong but made sure to let me know they werent happy about me wanting my order made correctly. Strike #1. I asked for a manager and he or she didnt have the wherewithal to face me so an underling came out and asked "you want your money back or what" my answer " just make the order correctly". Strike #2. Offered me a chili dog, not even a footlong at that. And strike #3 and the worst one. After 10 minutes a different person (non-manager) came out with 2 cards for free combos. I asked for my money back and was told, quote - thats not our policy. Well heres my policy Sonic. The way I look at it the manager is a coward and you ripped me off so let the boycott begin. Jack in the Box is a block away and they never get the order wrong.

Four of us went & ordered four different milk shakes one evening while sitting at the tables. When the young man brought us our milk shakes he couldnt tell us when one was which. I asked him why they didnt mark them? He had no answer for me. Between the four of us we could tell two of them & the other two we couldnt. I asked to speak to the manager. The same young man returned with two more milkshakes. I asked if there was a problem with the manager coming out. The manager eventually came out. She asked how she could help us? I pointed to the six milkshakes in front of us & asked her identify them for us. She said she couldnt. Asked her why they couldnt mark the cups so someone could? She then explained to us that she has asked her crew to mark them but they just Liston to her.

Service is TERRIBLE! Waited OVER 20 minutes at the drive thru box before I was able to flag a car hop down so I could be acknowledged. Had a line of 6-7 cars behind me, 2 of which ended up leaving! When I was able to order I received MAJOR attitude by Harley. Wasnt offered any type of compensation, or even a basic apology. Funny how the 2 cars ahead of me were served no problem but I, and a line of other cars, werent seen! I could understand if it was the middle of the day, during a dinner rush, or even a weekend! 9:30 on a Monday night? Unacceptable! AND they got my order wrong! Probably not a good idea to go here if you want good service, or your food correct, even for the most basic of orders! This place has gone down hill...

I had a terrible experience at this sonic. I was not satisfied with my order and ended up having to stop somewhere else to order more food. I ordered the chicken strip dinner box and ended up with very little chicken, the toast was smashed. They made the wrong blast in the wrong size and I ended up paying over $4 for it, for a small. I had one other medium shake that was fine. I had 2 bacon pretzel dogs. The bacon was over charred and it was dry and burnt tasting. I paid over $20 for the order and it was not at all worth it. I used to get blasts at this sonic to celebrate mid terms and finals but I think after this experience I wont be returning soon.

Ive been to this location multiple times to order a sweet cream cherry Dr. Pepper and the employees are clearly not familiar with this product that has been advertised on t.v. For example, ordered at the drive thru the other day a route 44 sweet cream cherry Dr. Pepper, get to the window and the girl tries to hand me a Dr.Pepper!! I tell her and then she discretely tried to put cream in the beverage to resolve the issue and it tasted worse. Finally a different girl came to the window and fixed it. Half a** employees that can care less.

This beautiful day started off with me waking up to the sounds of my alarm clock buzzing indefinitely until I eventually had the energy to hop out of bed. Soon after, I slid into my kitchen with the soles of my sock covered feet. It was time for a nutritious breakfast! I skipped over to the cupboard, yanked open the door and yanked some Special Kay brand cereal out from its nook. Pivoting to my right and opening the neighboring cabinet, I grabbed one of the small black plastic bowls. I put it on the table and. Nevermind. I hate Sonic

We justsat in the drive up here for over 20 minutes without even being acknowledged we were there.We honked our horn ,4 cars were behind us.We watched as someone from a parked car went and complained and a Sonic person ran a bag of stuff out to her.When we left with out ever ordering they had 2 bus loads of people out front of the Sonic ordering and standing around eating.We went to McDonalds a block away and order at the drive thru and was served and on our way in less than 7 minutes.

Person taking the order was rushing and talking over us despite there being very few customers. Messed up our small 2 meal order. Fries were stale, over cooked and tasted like they were fried in oil that had started to go bad. Burgers were luke warm, bland and greasy. Started to feel sick about 6 hours after eating here and spent the rest of the evening bonding with a toilet. Later found out the person that was at lunch with me also got sick... Last time I will ever eat at a Sonic.

Every time we have bought milkshakes here they have been very lightly stirred and flavored. Perhaps it is a way to encourage flavor add ons and it works, I now ask for extra of the desired flavor every time so it tatses less like just vanilla icecream. However, the service is prompt and very friendly. I understand that they get super busy and dont have much time on each item.

I went to the sonic in yakima washington this morning and ordered a bacon egg toaster.. My toasted sandwich was soft and soggy with over cooked pieces of egg and unmelted cheese.. Very upset with the quality of my food. I sent it back for another one.. Came back the same.. They dont have a clue how to properly cook the food. Had to go across the street to eat at mc donalds.

I was reading the other reviews about how they mess up orders; sure enough they gave us the wrong drink. Then we forgot to check the bag before pulling out and they had given us the wrong food too. This despite reading the order back when we ordered, and again at the window. Maybe mgmt should teach their employees to actually look at what theyre handing out

I will admit I havent eaten here in months. This place by far gave me the worst fast food experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place started wonderful. When you make someone wait 45 minutes with no apologies and terrible customer service for cold food with missing items, theres really no way you could be worse.

Fries were overdone, dried and old. After requesting fresh fries we experienced them being fresh with a few old still mixed in but overall still overdone. Service was slow. No napkins, ketchup, or receipt with first round of fries. Sodas had far too much ice for volume of soda given. Skip this place as better options are available.
