I didnt encounter the foreign lady that was mentioned on another review but all of the staff who was there when I went were incredible. They were friendly to everyone and went the extra mile to make sure you were happy. I made a mistake with my order (I said it wrong and realized it when they were making it) and the gentleman who helped me noticed the look on my face and asked me if everything was ok. I explained the mistake I had made but told him it was my fault and it was fine, but he told me not to worry and started making what I had intended to order. I tried to pay for the additional item (I had paid before he started making my order) but he smiled, told me its no charge, and that "a satisfied customer is what matters most". You just dont get service like that every day. Too bad I dont live in the area because they would have made a loyal customer out of me.

Ice chunks in the icecream. Most Ice cream shoppe will scrape the frost off. Not here they combine it with your overpriced scoops.
