Until recently I would have given this place at least 4 stars; the area is clean, well organized, and the eye exams are very quick. Recently however I went through the nightmare of having my glasses repaired here. the lenses were scratched so they needed to go to "the lab", a place the employees talk about as if it were some mystical place where fairies dance in enchanted meadows. I was told the standard turn around time was 5 - 7 days, which I had to refuse, I needed my glasses to see and was going on a business trip in 4 days. I told them I would have to come back another time. They then said they could do a rush job and have it back, at the VERY latest, tomorrow afternoon. Suddenly I was thanking them, they were my new heroes. Tomorrow afternoon would be great, I left my glasses with them and went on my merry way. The next day the glasses didnt come in, which while frustrating was not the end of the world. It was a rush job but things happen, I get it. I was assured the glasses were on the couriers truck and should be delivered promptly the next morning. The day after that, the glasses still did not come in. When I complained that I was assured the glasses were on the truck the prior day the receptionist showed 0 sympathy and only said they hadnt come in. I would be notified when they did, and that standard times are 7 - 10 days. When I called her on that and mentioned the 5 - 7 days, without missing a beat, she modified what she had said to be 5 - 10 days and completely denied saying anything else. The next day was the day of my business trip. No glasses. The one thing I had said I needed to avoid, that they assured me wasnt an issue had come to pass. I was back the following day and picked them up. No apologies were given, no discount, nothing to console me or in any way attempt to make the 2 times I was lied to any better. In short, go somewhere else, somewhere the employees actually have some consideration and know what they are doing.

Terrible experience. During the examination the doctor began telling me he needed to "open up my eyes and dig around in there". Turns out he meant dilation, but he kept saying open up and dig around, which sounds like surgery to me. Once the language barrier was overcome I was told there wasnt anything he could do for me, but went ahead and gave me a new prescription anyway. About a year later, I went blind due to the diabetic retinopathy I was experiencing that they did not diagnose me with, or refer me to a specialist for.

Friendly and professional service. Made my trip to doctors easy and relaxed. They offer a wide variety of frames for both adults and children and consider what would suit each individual best.
