My husband and I were loyal, long-time customers, but these people are not what they used to be. After two re-checks from my eye doctor and another pass to correct the progressive lenses they made, I was still experiencing screaming headaches. The glasses were just wrong. After five visits, I returned the glasses and asked for a refund. Although there was no no-refund policy stated, the owner refused to return my money. She no doubt resold the frames and got a refund from Zeiss for the defective lenses, as is the practice with lens companies. I pleaded with the owner over the course of many months, but she refused to refund my $500. She also lied to my credit card company saying I had not returned the merchandise, so I lost my dispute. But a complaint is on record with the BBB. This is no way to treat loyal customers. I might add that the owner, Eva, is very pushy about upselling her most expensive frames.

I love this place! It has the best selection of really cool frames -- far-out to hipster. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. I have been shopping here for over 5 years.
