The staff at Mill Creek Vision went out of their way to help me with an immediate problem. My mom was hospitalized for a long stay and her glasses were lost. We needed to order glasses and have them fit my mom without her even being present at the clinic. The team of Jamie L. and Jessica at Mill Creek Vision found her eye RX and ordered a replacement pair exactly like her old frames which were purchased six years earlier from them and all her measurements and specifications were saved in their computer system. . They expedited the order and were extremely helpful and accommodating. I was able to get very competitive prices on her lenses and frames and even received a special discount and a summer promotion that was currently offered. Both Jamie and Jessica were so kind, accommodating and very professional. The experience was fantastic and I couldnt have asked for a better outcome given the unusual situation of the request. Mill Creek Vision is top notch and a caring clinic!

Theres a few things I really like about this clinic: cleanliness, service from the staff, the doctor aid/ nurse and the doctor. I asked Dr. Russell tons of questions and he was always polite and caring. I love that he lets me try out contact samples for free when I try something new. There a certain aid that works there, shes really young, looks Asian and shes very professional and nice. Last time I went there though, I barely got time off from work and arrived 5 min. to closing and there was a different aid working and she seemed like she was in a complete rush to help me leave, it felt rude because the place wasnt even officially closed for the day. Hope I dont get her again. Besides that, I love this place.

The staff at Mill Creek Vision were above helpful. They were able to treat me better than other places I called around too. I was able to be seen in short notice and at my visit given excellent service. Jessica (glasses/contacts specialist) was great at finding me frames and able to tell me what options I have in my insurance coverage. Kristina was very nice and helpful with my checkup and letting me know throughout the exam what each step was for. The doctor was very informative and great with diagnosing my vision. I am happy I went with Mill Creek Vision and will be telling friends and family to visit them. Thanks for your help

Nice, well-run optometry office with friendly staff (most of the time). Quick but thorough evaluation and consultation. Uses optional laser retinal scan. Good selection of frames, but on the pricey side. One of the female staff gave a patient a hard time during the examination. Staff: "Which looks clearer: the first one or second one?" Patient: "Um, not sure. Can you show me again?" Staff: (grumbles) "Well, which is it? Come on, now!" 30-day satisfaction and guarantee on frames, but price guarantee only applies to frames at other doctor offices, not to online purchases!

Very unprofessional service. Got a prescription on the lenses that are no longer produced. Have been trying to reach them for two weeks with a request to change the prescription to a version that is available for sale both by phone and email. All requests are ignored. Essentially, ended up paying $90 out of pocket on top of the $450 covered by my Microsoft insurance specifically to get a contact lenses prescription and now have one which no contact lenses retailer accepts...

This office has the most warm people working there, and you feel so comfortable and cared for from the time you step foot in the office. Jenny the technician was very knowledgeable and made my appt. so enjoyable and fun. It was nice to meet the other doctor Dr. Russell, hes very nice too! Jamie really knew how to help pick out the perfect glasses, and I never felt rushed. I will continue to refer my family and friends here. I give them 5 stars, as I have no complaints.

Received great service as always! The staff are warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Arima obviously provides a great example. I love the high-tech devices...Dr. Arima stays in touch with developments in his field. He is always quick to solve my eye problems, offer solutions, and take as much time as I need. My husband and I have been going there for years and we have no complaints. Totally recommend them!

This place is ridiculous. They charge an extra $90 for the "contact lense portion" of the exam, and this charge is not covered by vision insurance. Not sure how the glasses exam differs from a contact exam. Maybe if I had never worn lenses before this would make sense, but otherwise this makes my vision insurance coverage pointless.

Thorough. Thats what this office is. Ive always enjoyed Dr. Arima and his staff. The opticians do a great job too helping with frame choices. Allow plenty of time because you are going to receive a thorough exam and lots of help making decisions about frames and lenses.

My wife worked there for 10 years, and we still use them for all of our family optical needs. (That should speak volumes) A lot of the staff have put in decades of service to this place. I wouldnt even consider going elsewhere.
