I had a great experience due to the guy at the front. He was so awesome and helpful this was my first time getting glasses, and my husband had to get new glasses. He spent 2 hours helping us all with a huge smile and great customer service. Now, with the doctor she was really nice, she told me I had astigmatism in my left eye, did not tell me what that was, I had to Google it myself. I received my glasses and my right eye is still blurry. I will be calling to get that checked out. Maybe she was a little busy thats why she didnt take so much time with my right eye or with myself.

I took my daughter to Vision Plus on Benson after reading other reviews about the service. The staff and the provider deserve all the accolades they have gotten! My daughter and I were warmly greeted at the door and did not wait long to be seen. At the end of the visit, one of the office women (I am bad with names) worked to make sure I was getting the most cost efficient deal for the type of insurance I have (contacts versus eye glasses). I think that type of attention to detail goes above and beyond what is expected. Great experience!!

Hadnt had a eye exam in a while but the staff and doctor here are very friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. One of the biggest pluses is they are open on Saturday and they even have later hours once a week for those who cant make regular hours. They helped switch out my old nose pads for free and they even helped me order my Gunnars when I couldnt find the frames I wanted in store. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back for my next exam.

I recently went here for the first time due to insurance changes, and they immediately won me over. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Wong was really nice and efficient. Together they helped me figure out my vision insurance, update my prescription, arrange the follow-up appointment, and even set me up with everything I needed for the rebate on my purchase. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend going here! It was my first time visiting this establishment. The whole staff was helpful, curtious, and professional. All of their equipment is up to date including a new machine that takes a picture of the back of your eye. I have a stigmatism so I found this machine particularly useful. I also received my glasses very quickly!

It was comfortable once I stepped in. I enjoy the quietness of the store. Even offered bottled water.They toke their time to make sure Im getting what I needed. Parking works wells. Location is convenient. I would come here again :)

Had great experience with my annual exam, staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Wong was also very thoroug with the exam. Location was good, though need to figure out how to get in to the parking lot.
