I had been going to this Target picking up the same medication every month for 5 years with no problems until CVS took over and decided laws in place were not enough. So instead of great service, I get crap and its obvious the Target employees are NOT happy with this takeover. It takes 3 days to do what used to take 45 min in the past. CVS should be shuttered for being complicit in denying people medications they should be getting but this companies greedy business platform denies even the most basic courtesy to customer and employee. They even took the wall clocks out so employees wont look at them and no more lunch at 1:30. Their company policies are hurting customers. They are NOT your doctor. Do not let them tell you their company policy trumps your Dr. orders. My Dr cringed when I told him about CVS and the 1st thing he said was "move your scripts asap". Hes had patients that ended up in the ER because CVS decided, on their own, NOT fill a prescription that they were legally obligated to fill. Take your business elsewhere...CVS hates you but loves your money as long as they get it on their control freak terms I had fled CVS YEARS ago and now since they have ruined target so its time to go elsewhere.

Not very helpful. Seem understaffed often. Constantly try to autofill perscriptions I dont need. They have called my doctor requesting more refills when a perscription has ran out of refills even though I didnt ask them to. Today I called to fill a perscription I do need, which they say cant be filled until tomorrow. I am leaving town early in the morning tomorrow and wont be back for over a week, my perscription will run out before I return. Thanks a lot!

The change to CVS has made this pharmacy terrible. Its completely disorganized. Be careful that you get what you ask for when getting your prescription or OTC cold medicine that is behind the counter. If you take up a card for a branded cold medicine they will slip in the CVS-branded medicine instead. Then when you are sick expecting the strong medicine you thought you were getting, you have the weak CVS brand medicine instead.

Only one associate there that really cares, everyone else seems to ignore. Just got a notice from an app that I need a refill. Does CVS notify me? Nope. They cannot even put in my address change in, or make sure all my pills came out the same day. ( first order was, but not of late) .Maybe Ill bite the bullet and pay extra cost for pills.

You better have a lot of time on your hands to hunt down your prescriptions with this pharmacy. The communication has become absolutely terrible in the last few months. Prescriptions for both my husband and I have been repeatedly unfilled for various reasons and they NEVER let you know.

I do love Target...I have some family members that work for them....but dont get me wrong, that isnt why I like it...they have a great selection, but their prices can sometimes be too high on certain items...but if you know what to look for you can get some great buys!

Poor experience. Will not be filling rx at this CVS location. Staff do not know how to communicate or multi-task. I only fill at CVS - but will not use this location moving forward.
