Pharmacy staff are not very friendly or helpful. I sat in my car at the drive up window for almost an hour total before finally going inside. I first drove up and waited behind another car for 15 minutes. That person talked to the woman working the window numerous times then drove away without seeming to conduct any business. After they drove away, I pulled up and pushed the call button. I waited for over 25 minutes as the first person at the window. A car that had pulled behind me decided the wait was too long and drove around me through the drop off window. I saw the driver walk up to the counter inside and be helped immediately. At that point, I went inside as well as it seemed I could not get any service at the window. I didnt get upset until after waiting over 45 minutes with over half of that as the first person, only to see another customer go inside and be helped immediately. This type of service is incompetence at its finest. Good going Rite Aid.

Went here to get a prescription for my eyes. They came back with a price higher than what the doctor said it would be. My eye doctor told me to have them call her if they did this. So I asked for them to call her before paying. The lady says she will but doesnt and we ask her why and says that prescription price is based on your deductible without even calling the doctor. Then I told her I would call my doctor and asked for their fax and phone number. "Oh we dont give out our phone and fax number, we only give it to doctors." this upset me because I just asked the former pharmacist to call my doctor and she blatantly didnt. Long story short they ended up calling my doctor and not even having my prescription Available the same day. What a waste of time.

I live less than a mile away from the Allen Blvd. Rite Aid and I make it a point to come back to this Rite Aid. The staff knows me by my first name and is always on point. I had a horrible experience with my insurance company and both Luke and Nick have been on top of getting my medicine that I desperately need to me no matter what the issue is. Both have gone above and beyond for my wife and I more than theyre jobs call for them to do!! I can go anywhere to get my medicine filled, however I choose to come back to this store as I am always welcomed by a warm friendly staff!!!

The Walker Rd. Rite Aid Pharmacy is staffed by empathetic, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind Pharmacists! What makes the experience so unique [and why I continue to take my business here after years] is the quality of care, sense of urgency, and commitment I consistently receive from the Pharmacist / Pharmacy staff...and they always make me smile.☺︎ Being sick / hurt is no fun but having professionals in your corner who want [and are equipped] to help makes a really big difference. I definitely recommend this Rite Aid Pharmacy and especially the lead Pharmacist Nick.

Worst pharmacist I have ever encountered in life especially ashley should be fired because she doesnt care about people or customer service , she likes to hang up on customers and has a horrible attitude.I get better customer service at fast food restaurants , also maybe where should probably go to because shes clearly inadequate to be a pharmacist or have respect and common customer service knowledge to better perform her job.

Mediocre customer service at best. The staff here have no interpersonal skills and will stand there and avoid eye contact or any acknowledgement that you are waiting to be helped. Several times my auto-refill was not ready when I arrived for pick up and I was told that I had cancelled auto refill. I informed them I did no such thing and that I wanted it reinstated. The same thing then happened 2 more times. Horrible service

Rite aide on Sw Walker Rd. I was impatient and hard to deal with when adjusting to a new pharmacy. I am 77 and live alone. The pharmacists are patient and kind. They take the time to assist with over the counter decisions as well. The support staff are very efficient and gracious, beyond professional. I am going there now at7 am for a urgent refill and trust I will be treated professionally. BP

The Pharmacy here has been top notch for years. I have used this Pharmacy since the early 90s and continue using them due to their professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, smiles, diligence, great attitudes, and excellent customer service. Besides the Pharmacy, the store employees are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Not enough pharmacists on staff. They gave me a 30 minute wait time when I actually had to wait over an hour for my 9 month olds prescription. The staff was talking and waisting time behind the counter with several customers waiting. The wait for the Dr at urgent care was less than the wait at Rite Aide...

Dont seem to be enough pharmacists on staff. Things seem to take them a long time, and my stuff is almost never ready when expected. I cant count how many times Ive gone there, waited in line, only to have them tell me, "Oh, itll be 10-20 minutes, were just starting on it."

This is the worst pharmacy Ive been to. They lose transfers say the will make an effort to get it ready that day come to find out they didnt get ahold of the transferring pharmacy , one excuse after the other. If u can go to another pharmacy do it.

The staff is friendly but there is always a problem when I go to pick up meds. But this is at ALL Rite Aid pharmacies, not just Walker Rd. The one on SE Division is a nightmare and I used that one for years!!!
