Arrived in Juneau on a cruise ship, on the 12th July 2013, and found that due to a packaging error a necessary medication was missing. Made it to the door of Juneau Drug Co 5 minutes after they had closed for the day. The staff, all young, noticed my anguish at the door, opened the store and quickly found the medication for me. As they had already closed up the cash registers, I needed the correct price, I was 59cents short in cash, no problem one of the young women staff members opened her purse and made up the difference for me. Great service, great attitude, leaving one very grateful tourist with a fantastic impression of Alaskan hospitality and customer service.

Great service, community drug store atmosphere in a historic building. Best location for visitors who need that personal care item or medication they left at home. 4 stars because the historic building makes it difficult to have a private conversation with the pharmacist.

their staff is rude in the pharmacy the cash girls are great the pharmacist needs an education in dealing with people and their prices are very out rages there $15-$20 more than any other drugstore in Juneau Alaska
