My family has gone to and used Battle Ground Walgreens Pharmacy for years until the last year or two its gone downhill. On three most recent occasions Ive received 1. The wrong dose of a medication (double what it should have been with no indication to split the pill) 2. A medication that I was allergic to (same family of antibiotic) that I happened to "google" upon getting home because the generic name sounded similar to my allergy (Walgreens has my allergy information in the system and is updated regularly for my family). 3. Been full billed for a medication my health insurance only requires a small co-pay for because "We dont have time to call them right now, but you can come back in a couple days and buy this." (The prescription co-pay is printed on the card) If I had a couple days I would except Id like to get my three month old baby treated YESTERDAY, much less three days from now! (I did end up paying full price and pursuing a refund with my insurance) Additionally, Ive waited 15+ minutes on hold to TALK to the pharmacist. I have NEVER (20+ visits over a five year span) received any type of consultation/side effects/best practices for taking this medication discussion. I have learned an extremely valuable lesson in taking a very detailed and involved approach regarding milligrams, size/color/shape of pills, and reading every sentence of the prescription pamphlet (prescription is obsolete if you take it two hours of either side of taking a multivitamin with iron etc) Please, wherever you go for prescriptions or otherwise, take a strong lead with anything in regard to your personal and familys health!

The most rude pharmacy I have ever gone to. They treat their customers like crap! I had an RX for 90 tabs filled and when I got home through rush hour traffic I found only 60 tabs. Drove back to get the complete RX. No explanation or apology. When I asked if I got an apology they said it was the computer. I dont know but most computers can count to 90. Not sure about their pharmacist.

Have a friend whos prescription they messed up. He had to wait an extra week BECAUSE OF THEM to get his pills. He couldnt fill it anywhere else thanks to their mess. He is a recovering heroin addict, and the drug was prescribed by a doctor to help keep him off the heroin. When dealing with our medication, we need professionals. Walgreens is just not up to par.

Pharmacy is rude, pharmacist said she would not fill prescription even though Dr ordered it, said she knew more about it than the dr. Also said they have more control then the Dr. Very rude, would not even call dr to confirm
