I came here because my dog burnt his whole chin n face off. I got my perscriptions filled at this location. The pharmacist on duty showed me how to administer the medication by sticking syringe in lil hole on top of bottle and getting the exact dose. Seemed simple enough then when i got home time to administer meds the top they put in the amoxicillin was to small for the opening of bottle so it came completely off n spilled everywhere including my dogs eyes n face. I call the pharmacy to let them know of the mishap spoke to the pharmacy mgr a ms ervina wouldnt give me her last name but told me they didnt mk no mistake its my fault it spilled n that u dnt bring bk coffee after u spill it n get a free refill told me she wouldnt care if i called the president of the company cuz she wasnt not going to replace that cuz its my fault. She had the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life no sorry that happened to u no how can i help no customer service what so ever. Apparently this is how they treat black people beware of this racist lady Ervina pharmacy manager

Staff was extremely rude. I stopped in a few minutes before close to grab a couple things. As soon as I walked in, I was told they were closing in 4 minutes. I said alright, thank you. I proceeded to grab my items, and I was told 1 min later that they were closed. They were not closed at that time. I was told again, another minute later, that they were closed. At this point, I was already walking toward the register. I checked out while all 3 staff members stared at me like I had killed their first born and was out the door at 12am, which is when they close. Ive worked retail myself, and I understand how much it sucks when a customer hangs around for 20 minutes after close, but thats not what happened here. I was in and out in 4 minutes, did not prevent them from closing on time, and was told to leave 3x. 3x within 4 minutes. I wont be going back there since they obviously dont want customers in the store, and I suggest the same of anyone else that needs to pick up a couple essentials. Go to the Safeway across the street instead.

I dont usually write reviews however my experience with this pharmacy constituted one. I called to confirm my prescription was available I was told yes it would be ready in an hour. One hour later I arrive and am told theyre out of my prescription that would order it and it will be available the next day at 9am. I arrive the next morning and am told no, its not available and unsure when it will be .. "sometime in the afternoon". If my medication would be been something I needed immediately the misinformation provided in the becoming of all this wouldve been very serious. I am very disappointed and off put by the lack of professionalism and knowledge the staff had. Not someone I feel comfortable handling my medications. I had my prescription transfered to Alberstons where it was ready within the hour.

this walgreens is close to my house and I use to frequent multiple times a week for odds and ends...lately there has been an older gentlemen who appears homeless who sits outside on a bench with crutches and harasses people for money, Ive politely told him no a few times and he always has some rude or aggressive reply. Ive complained to the front counter people and was told quote "hes not doing anything wrong" ....ok well Id prefer for me and my family not be to systematically harassed by this man when we go to walgreens. he is here routinely like its his job..today I saw a man offer him a job..he declined...guess with the endorsement from walgreens staff the begging is more lucrative... today is the last time I pay for the pleasure of being harassed.

Its never fun to go to a pharmacy. And I used to work in a Walgreens pharmacy and I can tell you that side of the exchange is not fun either. So I always try to cut pharmacies some slack. This Walgreens is ok, not great, not horrible. I get snapped at by the staff here but I understand why. A few times they didnt have my stuff properly prepared but they fixed it. Once I was having a medical emergency and my Dr office called in an rx and asked them to rush it because I was on my way. When I got there they acted like they didnt know and said it would be 10-15 minutes. Through tears and pain I told them no I need it now, the Dr had told them I was on my way, and they then rushed.

Was made to wait 3 hours for one antibiotic. Tried picking up via the drive thru and they told me the pharmacist was too busy giving someone a flu shot and that I would need to drive around the building and then come back and try again. I ended up driving around in circles three times and then made to wait an additional 20 minutes of the window before I finally received my medication absolutely absurd terrible customer service

The staff here is always really positive and helpful. Theyre in stock consitantly and its the place to go to pick really anything up quickly. Great deals on lots of products year round. They always have discount makeup (: Ive made it through the checkout lines in under 5min every time

Im an aggressive, assertive guy and the staff hear has always been super cool to me. Which unfortunately isnt the "norm" for the Portland area. I will continue to shop.
