So i wrk three doors dwn from rite aid i bought some boric acid for ant buy one get one half off paid a customer to go get it came bk to store and one bottle is empty call the store n tell the manager at the store what happened told me i needed to send another customer over to get it i already paid one to go get it devon had no appologies or nothing for me u sell me an empty bottle and then send me to your mgr and i dnt even get an appology or walk ur butt 3 doors dwn n make it right wish i could of spoke with someone who had a lil bit more experience in that area so check your products here cuz the mgr aint much help

Ive been going to this Rite Aid location for 3 years. From the first visit when I had problems with my prescription coverage through two coverage changes and everything in between, the pharmacy team went above and beyond in helping me. I have been invited by other pharmacies to "save big" by switching to them, but I would never give up my Rite Aid team who treats me like family. Great sales throughout the store as well!

The front customer service reps are wonderful. I enjoy their smiling faces every time I come in but the problem I have is with the pharmacy. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The main pharmacist was rude and not understanding at all. I will be moving my prescription to another location due to this woman. I wish she didnt work there because all of the rest of the staff is fantastic.

I like this Rite Aid because its close to me....& I got my flu shot there .....I buy alot of diet soda there & sometimes theres really good deals......The cashiers are real nice ....Its nice to have only to deal w/ bubbly personalities as opposed to becoming more of static type employees in different types of retail.....
