Location: the location is simple to find. It is in the plaza right next to Total Wine Shop. It is simple and convenient to find. Cleanliness: from what I can tell it is very clean. You cant really ruined books and make it messy. LOL whenever I have used the bathroom there they are always clean and smell good. View/ ambiance: is a very relaxed and calm environment. You go in to either buy or read some books and enjoy a coffee at the Starbucks next door connected to it. It has just the right amount of Lights that are not too bright and perfect for relaxing. It is a very big place with plenty of seats and books for your enjoyment. Service: customer service is pretty relaxed and very helpful. If you have a question or are looking for a book they are quick to try to find it. Overall: overall it is a very nice Barnes and Nobles, that is clean and relax. If youre looking for books or want to learn something this is definitely a place to find the book to do so.

Not a huge fan of Barns & Noble but decent. A little pricey and hit or miss customer service. Would recommend out of convenience. Though Im finding I can find most books at Half Price books further up the road. Im more of a digital reader now. As I read books once then move on. I enjoy not having a huge book shelve like I use to. But still have access to them years later. Do be aware that they can terminate your digital account without notice. Revived a Nook years ago. Got a little from a settlement that Barns & Noble went through. I believe they didnt have the copy rights to many books. Never got to use it. Didnt realize I even had it. Just expired. Even though legally it wasnt suppose to.

First time there buying some books for myself. I walked in confused simply because I didnt know where anything was at, and Jara (worker) the older white lady was quick to ask how I was and needed help finding a book. I told her the book and she walked me to the exact spot without having to wait and think where it was. She was my cashier as well, and offered the B&N members card and wasnt pushy at all for the fact that I didnt need it. I mentioned this because I read that other people stated they were being pushy about getting the B&N sale. Great experience. Definitely a 5 for me.

Better selection then other B&N, but is lacking in areas for learning things. They have a ton of novels, books on art, magazines, but the "hobby" section is very minimal and could not find a "how to" section. Almost forces you to just use Amazon. Actually holding the book and looking at the usefulness of the content is why bookstores still exist for me.

Weird sign, its called a Barnes & Noble Bookstore (instead of Booksellers). Its a good size store with a Game Stop and Starbucks (not B&N Cafe) attached. The kids section is large with a dedicated corner for reading events. Nothing not to like about this location.

Great service and great branch of Barnes & Noble. Its conveniently located next to and attached to a Starbucks. The kids area has a stage that they use for story times. It is also located next to a Game Stop. Big parking lot.

The location is right next door to a starbucks, so after shopping you can grab a cup of coffee. Unfortunately it is hard to find employees at this location, and when you do they lack knowledge of their products.

Most brick and mortar bookstores struggle for relevance. This one is no different. It doesnt really have that feel of a friendly neighborhood bookstore. It feels cold and corporate--probably because it is.

I miss the old book stores. This one is ok but hard to find what you are looking for. It had lots of things but not one of the 6 different books I was looking for. I guess amazon is hurting them pretty bad.

OLD SCHOOL, one of the last Free standing bookshop still around. I liked Borders better but these guys knew what they were doing. Kudos Barnes and Noble, hasnt budged for over 20 years.

I love that they carry MisAdventures magazine. Sometimes smaller and younger periodicals can be hard to find, so I appreciate their supporting writers I want to read!

I really love this place. Everyone is friendly, and the store is warm and nice to hang out in for a while. I just wish there were more chairs to lounge in.

Does this store purposely play horrible music so people hurry up and buy the books theyre trying to read, to decide on? Other than that, this store is fine.
