I have to rate this store poor. Two out of the three I have been here I get less than mediocre service. I looking for super glue and had one staff person direct me and left me half way to figure it where exactly it was. I was standing in line and the same person help me at the cash stand and was too busy talking too the pervious customer. I had to even ask for a bag. Poor service. I have had any bad experience in the UW seattle bookstore since I have been going there for 3 years! UW Tacoma bookstore needs to work on customer service.

This used to be a book store, with a nice section of school supplies and where students could pick up their text books. It is now impossible to call this a book store, unless there has been some new definition of the word book that Im not aware of. This store is now revamped it to be almost exclusively a gift shop for UW branded crap. They might as well change the name to the UW gift shop and textbook purchase department.

The wood and purple aesthetic is pleasant and the store is organized well with dedicated sections for clothing, books, and school supplies. Its connected to a coffee shop so its basically perfect. I also had a book gift wrapped here and the wrapper did a fine job.

Phenomenal store. If you love books & the feel of a bookstore , this nook is awesome. Completely remodeled & offers a little of everything. The staff is very knowledgeable & its a great meetup place with your friends.
