5 visits. Problem every time. Today went to doctor. 1pm he sent my prescription to this location. 1:34 got a call from pharmacy saying my insurance didnt cover brand they had access to. Offered to find out who had it for me. Instead I asked my out of pocket with them. I said lets fill it here based on out of pocket I was told. 6:35 pm arrive. The clerk gets my prescription and there is a note on it acknowledging the price I was told but explaining it was ringing up 30% higher. So I ask clerk "why is it there is a challenge every time I come here, the reviews are true. Listen Im not angry , just exhausted and frustrated that now I can pay the higher price or skip dinner finding a pharmacy that carries brand my prescription will cover." I get a deer in the headlights "sorry". Not what Im looking for. I ask for a manager and explain in detail how Ive on 4 visits been ignored at the counter for 10 minutes plus (started timer after a few minutes of no one looking at me), been called to pick up prescription thats not in stock, and been lagged out nearly a week getting meds I take everyday. Most of this that could have been avoided by a simple call. Pharmacist fixed price and actually did listen to my exhausted story. Major problems management should probably realize how bad their problem is based on the congruence of the negative reviews. Good luck. People are nice enough, but good lord get your stuff together.

Horrible pharmacy. They filled the prescription wrong and keep arguing that their system shows they filled the right medication (which they didnt and you can tell that just by looking at the bottle my medication came in). I will never use this pharmacy again. Ive seen the other reviews and it doesnt seem to change the way they run their store/pharmacy. Not a place I would recommend at all which is too bad because I used to like this pharmacy but when customer care goes out the window the customers go with it. I should add that the gentleman who was working there today was very kind and wanted to help but he is only filling in there and does not usually work at that location. My problem falls with the managing pharmacist that filled the original prescription at that location. Providence Pharmacy is getting my business from now on.

Go for the inventory, but, dont expect high touch staff. We moved to Snohomish last year. Tried to rely on this place several times. Now we try to avoid resorting to going here because we just dont want to deal with the staff any more. We drive considerably further to the other side of town for our drug store/pharmacy needs. We tried signing up for their "frequent flyer" type program but it was such an intrusive mess we gave up on that, too. Since then, so many of the in-store specials require loyalty commitments to their online sign-up, so we have given up on that, too. etc etc etc. We just kind of cringe and try to pretend it isnt there.

I WILL NEVER EVER go back to that pharmacy again. They twice billed incorrect insurance despite me giving them the information in person on the 1st of the year, the lady must have just thrown it out and that mistake costed me $500.00. DO NOT go to the one in Snohomish it is disorganized at best and the people are constantly rotating through making mistakes on your prescription, Im beginning to wonder if they even give out the right meds at this point, STAY AWAY

Scenario: Was called and left a message that my prescription was ready for pick up. Arrive and was told even though I had no insurance that my prescription was $26...although they still needed 30 minutes to fill it. I then wait an hour until they call my name. She rings me up for $220 plus some change...Explains that they do not cover that inhaler and apologizes. Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to.

Worst pharmacy on earth. Horrible customer service. Long wait times. Uneducated and uninformed and incompetent staff. Drive through sucks, they come to the window maybe 50% of the time. You have to get out of your car at the drive through to get stuff from the bin. Cant believe kuslers sold them selves out for this crap. We have switched to the safeway. Suggest yall do that as well.

I have previously found the pharmacists and cashiers at this Rite Aid location to be helpful and timely. Unfortunately their ability to manage simple changes in prescriptions and communication have failed too many times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor, poor customer service, employees very unfriendly, seem to hate life. Checking out is like airport security (even if your having a bad day its a choice you are making to put it on the cistomer). Positive note there is one younger employee who is friendly.

I dont use the pharmacy but the makeup supply is endless and theyve got everything from ice tea to laundry detergent, so if your not there to pick up a prescription its a big help
