Praetorian Centurion
I bought a Glucose meter and while in the store, I decided to just return it since Walgreens has better priced strips. The Asian guy on the counter insisted that anything bought from CVS pharmacy cannot be returned because they cannot sell it again, so he said. I told him that it was not even 5 minutes I walked away and came back and the box is offcourse unopened. So I did not argue any further but I am not buying from this store again. They use Target receipt which says I should be allowed to return the merchandise since I have not left the store yet nor opened the box.

I have used this pharmacy for 2 years and now I am switching. Im tired of my meds not being ready when they were supposed to be, the medication being out of stock and no one telling me before I tried to pick it up. I have wasted too much time waiting for the pharmacist to return from lunch on many occasions. I will not use this pharmacy again.

Sorry that CVS took this over. Things are rigid, the hold music is staticky and loud, the people are bureaucratic with all those strange nearly meaning free phrases. :( On the plus side when you do speak to a human after all that crackly nonsense and stuff, sometimes, if it is in person, there is some smiling and kindness. So that is good!

I have no idea how it happened. I dont remember at all I gave such a review. Ive never used Pharmacy in this Target, if I remember correctly. Rather odd.

The pharmacist here is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and helped me get a coupon for name brand medications that will save me a ton of money. I had no idea that even existed. My only complaint is that the texting service seems to have dropped off since the switch from Target to CVS.
