The staff at the U-Village Warby Parker was helpful on each of several occasions that we stopped by to look at frames. Employees offered us helpful advice on which frames would be suitable given ones face shape. Staff quickly measured our features once we decided which glasses to order, and ordering was quick and easy. Once our glasses arrived, we stopped by to have them adjusted, and staff did an efficient job. I have high-index lenses, and the lenses are of good quality. When I had questions about our order or a receipt for insurance reimbursement, customer service answered my call immediately (without routing me through an automated system); the phone customer service was excellent. Overall, a very good experience. I only wish WP was in-network with my eye insurance. The U-Village store is nicely designed as well--lots of natural light.

Clean and chic, staff are really helpful. Warby Parker stands by what they sell; the frames cost the same - cost of the lens is what affects the end cost. But its still cheaper than what you buy at a different optical store WITH insurance. The designs are pretty great looking, too. Also, donates a pair to the needy for every pair sold in US. The mail try-ons are great but nothing beats trying them on in-person. Caveat: insurance doesnt work with WP glasses :/ oh well.

I came in to look into getting a second pair of glasses. I was immediately greeted by a helpful sales agents. She helped me pick and try on a bunch of different pairs, advising me as to which ones were a good fit and looked best. Their optician was great too and even helped me adjust my current glasses, which were not from Warby Parker. The check out process was super easy too. Id definitely shop here again!

The first time I ever passed by Warby Parker was in New York while visiting friends in the city. I loved their frames, but assumed that they would be incredibly expensive. I was blown away to find out they were some of he most affordable frames I had ever come across! A++ for Warbs. Im sold for life!
