I actually havent met Dr. Clavadetscher, so this review is for the clinic and the front desk staff. They are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When my 2 year old broke his first pair of glasses, I emailed them and they quickly ordered a new pair (they have a great warranty)--they made the process very easy. When we went to fill a new prescription, they didnt carry the frames we wanted, so they just ordered them (3 different pairs) so that my son could try them on and decide in person. I would recommend this clinic for sure. All of the staff is great, but especially Ashley. She really takes initiative and does whatever she can to make purchasing glasses easy and fun!

I have been going to the Family Vision Clinic since 1999. Hes one of the best eye doctors Ive ever had. He will definitely take ALL the time needed to make sure your prescription is exactly what you need and if some problem happens to arrive with your glasses or contacts they will definitely fix it immediately. Theyre very quick to get our needs in for us. Appointments can take awhile but thats only because the doctor is through. I rather get it right themail first time to! Our entire family now goes here for our needs, children included. We all have had wonderful experiences with the DR & his staff!! Thank for a great 18 years & counting!! :D

We had a prescription from Childrens Hospital, so we only needed to go here to pick out glasses. With our insurance, we are quite limited in the choices for our almost 6 year old son. But I was pleasantly surprised in the decent selection of cute frames to chose from. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and although they said the frames would take between 5-6 weeks, we got the call in about a week. And now our son is not only seeing perfectly but he looks so handsome.. Thanks so much~Lindsey

Please people think twice before you choose this place because they do not care about your well being is all about making the most money out of you. This place is awesome. Been going here for yeeears, some magical way they usually know my name already when about to walk in randomly. They do what they can if your glasses break right then and there!! May have a limited selection but the glasses they carry are worth it! Knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Have neeever had a problem with them and its been atleast 9 years!

Awesome experience with every one here! From the Dr. who met me at the office at 11:30 Pm when I thought I had a contact lens stuck in my eye, to all the staff patiently helping me try several different lenses until I got the perfect fit! Id recommend this place to everyone!
