Incompetent. There are several hundred other Optometrists in the area and all of them have to be more competent than this one. I have been to her seven times over the past six months and each time the mistakes get worse. It is as if she is just guessing on the prescriptions. I have been through five different lens and still do not have a pair I can see through or that fits properly. Total and egregious incompetence.

Ive been a patient since 2001 and Dr. Lau is an AMAZING doctor who really cares about her patients an. The staff is always friendly and has so much experience. Even tho Ive moved out of state, I still fly in once a year to get my eye exams and glasses at Globe. That is how much I love this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My parents took me there around 1960. we used Globe exclusively. we have always had a need for glasses in my family. I remember coming in and being greet by YURI, I think that was her name. You still get the same treatment and everyone is so nice. Thank you Judith Haldane Parramore

Have been going to Globe for about two years now for my glasses and contacts. They know me by name every time Im there, and provide quick, responsive service. Integration with insurance has been seamless, and they do a great job getting me in for prescription updates. Highly recommended!
